Fabulous Customer Service This was my first experience buying a Brand New Car and I must say that it was most pleasurable! Originally I had inquired online and was contacted shortly after by Sean whom was very knowledgable and was able to arrange a test drive for that same day. Sean left me in the hands of Daryk as he was not working that evening and Daryk was fabulous as well! He went over all of the features of the car I chose in detail and I felt like he was very down to earth. At no point did I feel pressured to make the sale and Daryk actually encouraged me to test drive some other vehicles (even at other dealerships) as he explained he had done the same when he was buying his truck. This made me feel very comfortable and I knew that I was in good hands! Daryk was very reasonable and informative when it came to my negotiation of pricing and extras as well. Upon picking up my car Sean went over everything with me, helped me set up my phone to the bluetooth and went through all of the features once again which I was extremely thankful for as there is a LOT! I then had the pleasure of meeting Chris to go over the finances and he was also extremely understanding as I had foolishly forgotten my cheque book at home and I explained I could run and grab them and come right back. Chris said not to worry about it and even let me just take a picture of the void cheque and email it to him which was super awesome as I had a busy weekend ahead of me! Overall I was very impressed with absolutely everyone I came into contact with at Airdrie Dodge and I would be more than happy to recommend to any one! More
