I’ve been dealing with Airdrie dodge for two years now. Every time I go there I swear it will be my last. The last time I visited Airdrie dodge they did an alignment. Two months later my tires were complet Every time I go there I swear it will be my last. The last time I visited Airdrie dodge they did an alignment. Two months later my tires were completely bald. I revisited and spoke to Vanessa, she had suggested after I get new tires to come back and have another alignment done. I did just that and she was very surprised at how out the alignment was, even asking me if I drove through farmers fields or drive over a few curbs. So they did another alignment after I had my new tires installed. Two months later my $2000 tires were showing uneven wear. Well that was it, I took the my truck to fountain Tire and just as I suspected, the alignment was out still! This is just the most recent costly issue I’ve had with Airdrie Dodge. The other was misdiagnosed front end noise. Turned out to be a worn out hub bearing. Worn so bad there was 3/8” play and my abs was going crazy and throwing codes. Finally I checked it out for myself. $200 it costed me to have Airdrie dodge look at the truck and then finding and repairing the problem, myself. Good bye airdrie dodge! I will not be returning, nor will I recommend your dealership! More
