Great Experience Hello All, My experience at Airdrie Dodge was excellent; the explanation below is kind of long winded but I tried to make it as short as possible. Hello All, My experience at Airdrie Dodge was excellent; the explanation below is kind of long winded but I tried to make it as short as possible. It started when my wife and I showed up at Airdrie Dodge. We decided that it was time to trade in our 2011 Jeep Wrangler for a 2015 Doge Ram 1500 Pick Up. It goes without saying that my wife and I had different wants and needs. We decided to go to the lot and see what there was out there to have our internal discussion :) and then go inside and talk to somebody. While we were in the lot Daryk approached us and helped to explain the different levels and accessories of the trucks that we were looking at. With Daryk letting us know the details on the vehicles that we were looking at it helped my wife and I to discuss what our wants and needs were so when we went inside we knew which vehicle we were interested in. The next step was to talk to the Parts Department as we added some accessories and needed to include them in the price of the truck so we were able to see the true cost of the truck for financing. We were introduced to Darryl and he explained what was available to us at different levels of the accessories that we were looking at. Darryl understood what we were looking so it made it easy to come to a conclusion on which levels of accessories that we wanted to proceed with and provided us with costs on the spot. We were then taken to the Finance department and introduced to Clarke to discuss the financial details. Clarke proceeded to explain the how we would move forward with the deal and in a very professional manner made the situation short and sweet. He then advised us that he would negotiate the interest level of the financing with different options available to Airdrie Dodge and let us know the next day on what the final deal and numbers were. As promised, the next day, Clarke advised a 1.5 % decrease in the interest level and advised the all financial details accordingly and we made a decision to proceed with the purchase of the truck. The final conclusion in regarding details on trading the Jeep and the date that we were going to be able to pick the truck up was dealt with by Josee; also of the Finance Department. Josee's execution regarding the closing of the deal as well as advising the date the truck would be ready was flawless. Josee also made the situation short and sweet and we were able to pick up our new investment on time and to our satisfaction. The customer service from everyone involved in our investment was amazing and we will definitely continue to purchase our vehicles from Airdrie Dodge in the future. On another point, I would like to encourage better communication between the reception counter and those in the service department so that when you phone, if the person you wish to speak with isn't there, you could be immediately informed so that you don't leave a voice mail that three days later you still haven't heard from because they are away .It would seem important for those at the front to know the schedules of those they will be transferring calls to. Dealer who actually listens!! Airdrie Chrysler. I downsized fm a 1 ton 'super truck 4x4' to a half ton pickup. I also traded a GM SUV on the same deal. I shopped 2 GM, 4 Ford, 5 dodge dealers trying to make this happen. Airdrie dodge & Steve McFarlane put in the effort to find the veh I wanted even though it was not on Their lot! Got my perfect truck..had aftermarket extras Inc in deal, and A.D . came in at over $14k less than a ford f150, and over $8k less than a chev high country! All this for a full load 1500 Laramie longhorn diesel..Don't know how Ford and GM stay in business? Guess that's why this is my 5th consecutive Ram pickup!! More

Awesome experience, will go back for service. Went to several dealers in Calgary, they didn't seem that interested in helping me. I arrived at the dealer at 4pm, went for a test drive and bought the vehicle at 4:30pm, because I was comfortable I had made the right choice with both Ron and Airdrie Chrysler. Ron is helpful, friendly and gets straight to the point - non of this run around that other dealerships did with me when I was searching for my truck. He made the process of ordering my truck all the way to driving it off the lot easy and stress free. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because when I received my Factory Ordered truck, there was a small scratch on the passenger door. When we mentioned this, we were told it was "goop" from the factory (its clearly a scratch) and were told at next service they would try to buff it out. Nice place, nice people, will recommend this place in the future! More
