Just bad customer service Extremely disappointed with my experience with this dealership. Being told I could not afford the vehicle I wanted and finding a comparable for thous Extremely disappointed with my experience with this dealership. Being told I could not afford the vehicle I wanted and finding a comparable for thousands less I was told that they 'would NOT sell me that car for that price under any circumstances', I bought another only to see that a month later they had dropped the price on the vehicle I wanted by $4-5000.00. The Journey I bought was horrible in the winter and I had to cancel my plans of driving home for Christmas. It also had an acid like stain on the front fender that I did not notice before purchasing. After reaching out to Ron and Dale a couple months ago, Ron got in touch with me to try and get me to trade in the Journey to which I was not opposed to doing.. he said he would talk to Dale and get back to me, he never did. I called about a week later and Ron shared with me the reason for not getting back to me which included too much information regarding a death in the family which made the conversation very awkward. He told me that I would have to find a vehicle I wanted to trade in the Journey for, which kind of took me aback, isn't that his job? Especially since he knew EXACTLY which vehicle I wanted. After that I have never heard from Dale ever or Ron regarding this issue. A month ago I ended up trading in the Journey for a brand new 2014 Scion tC and my boyfriend was in need of a truck so we purchased a 2007 Toyota Tacoma both from Stampede Toyota where I bought my vehicle before I purchased the Journey. Lesson: Local isn't always better and stick with what you know. Stampede earned our business three times without even trying. More
