They don't honor their quotes So after ordering a tire and given a date to have it put on ....... Had to drive all the way to airdrie from carstairs to find out that my appointment So after ordering a tire and given a date to have it put on ....... Had to drive all the way to airdrie from carstairs to find out that my appointment had been cancelled . Guess this info can't be transmitted over the phone !!! Rescheduled for the following day and came in dropped off tire on rim . Came back to pick it up and realized that they put the wrong tire on my rim . So I brought it to their attention they said oh the tire you actually wanted is 188$ and the one installed was 250$ So again I have to make another appointment to bring the tire in to have the right on put on (third visit to airdrie) and now all said and done with the cheaper tire on no one wants to pay me the 62$ difference in price for the right tire the third time !!!! Nice way to look after a costomer that's bought 2 new 45 000$ + dodge products in the past 6 years !!! dealt with Darcy parts manager and mike the counter guy both useless More

Keith even came in on his day off ,as we couldn't make it another day. would have liked the trade in price to be better and since our vehicle was still quite new and had only one oil change. ,some way to transfer our extra warranty over instead of having to take it out all over again, made our payments higher than we wanted, but as usual it was a great experience and everyone was friendly at the dealership.
