Great service. Always on time and efficient. Easy check ins and pick ups. Thorough appointments and everything is explained in detail. Always on time and efficient. Easy check ins and pick ups. Thorough appointments and everything is explained in detail. More
I had been receiving multiple emails, texts, and calls about trading in my vehicle (and kept saying no thank you but they were relentless and wouldn’t stop!) and getting it serviced. May is typically a v about trading in my vehicle (and kept saying no thank you but they were relentless and wouldn’t stop!) and getting it serviced. May is typically a very busy month for me at work and I couldn’t get my vehicle in for servicing until the morning of the last Saturday of May. Understanding that the service centre was closed the next day, on Sunday, they suggested that it could be ready on Monday. My vehicle wasn’t returned to me when promised. I never received updates on Saturday or Monday, although that is normally the case. I had many things to get done on the Monday but I had heard a peep from a service advisor, so on Tuesday I contacted them and after some phone call tag and roulette, I was finally able to get my vehicle. When I picked up the keys, the cashier said “Oh the vehicle was ready on Monday and we were expecting you.” So if the vehicle was ready on Monday, why didn’t I get a call on Monday?!?! The customer service used to be really good here, and it’s been noticeably declining over the last couple of years. New ownership perhaps? Now that I don’t have a service contract anymore (even though I would like one, but they are extremely expensive!), I am considering if Airdrie Dodge is where I want to continue to get my twice yearly servicing done. Based, solely, on my experience in the waiting room, this survey is connected to that. While awaiting my oil change I had the unfortunate opportunity to hear one of the employees (seemed like a manager b survey is connected to that. While awaiting my oil change I had the unfortunate opportunity to hear one of the employees (seemed like a manager by the demeanor and general attitude) drop multiple f-bombs. "How'd they get my xxxxx email? And then it's in my xxxxx email! What the f?" These three sentences took place over two separate conversations. I also had the disgusting chance to hear some other employee exclaim 'what the s**t?' I'm sitting, quietly, waiting for my service call to be finished and have to be disturbed by this onslaught of unsolicited vulgarity. Apparently the staff I refer to don't understand the value of customers, nor do they seem to have any situational awareness of their environment. This language does not belong in a public atmosphere. Sadly I have a follow up appointment for some maintenance next weekend, and I really don't like the idea of giving this dealership any further business, based SOLELY on the behavior of these two guys. Completely unprofessional and it makes me wonder if this is the attitude of employees? Do the mechanics ALSO follow this substandard style of professional composure and is my vehicle safe? I'm seriously offended. That aside, the clerks at the service center were spectacular, and so was the person at the desk of the parts department. Very friendly, incredibly personable and professional. My search for a new vehicle (it's in the works as I write this review) has shifted to another brand entirely. I want to move away from this poor display of business attitude. More
I have a Jeep Cherokee with 144000km on it that had the PTU fall out of it due to known issues with faulty assembly from factory. This lead to a catastrophic failure of the transmission system. Jeep is not PTU fall out of it due to known issues with faulty assembly from factory. This lead to a catastrophic failure of the transmission system. Jeep is not taking any responsibility for this known issue and I have up to a $10000 repair on a very low km vehicle. Will not be purchasing from this auto maker again as they do not stand behind there products. Please look up Jeep PTU failures to see the long list of issues that customers are having and that are not being addressed by the company. More
In my opinion this is one of the better places to go in Airdrie, or if your from North Calgary. Communication is great as well as the workmanship. Recommend. Airdrie, or if your from North Calgary. Communication is great as well as the workmanship. Recommend. More
