Passive aggressive sales manager The salesperson -Jimmy, was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. However, everything went downhill once our offers starts making it's way to the sales manager. Basically I offered $1000 over invoice, and the manager, instead of making counter offers; came out, and gave my friend and I a lecture on supply and demand. His argument was the model supply is so tight that people will pay more to enjoy the initial "exclusiveness". He went on saying that a couple hundreds is nothing to them, and that I should go back later if I'm seeking more discounts... Anyways, I didn't argue with him, and politely told him I'm not in a rush to get a new car. Their staff gather around him which makes the situation even more uncomfortable... Would I go back? xxxx no, I bought the exact car I wanted at another dealership two days later. If MAZDA aim is to go upmarket, they got done serious training to do on their staff. More
