BAD experience Because we renewed our lease in the beginning of the month, so we were charged twice on that month. We were told we would get the money back for being charged extra, its been more than 6 months now and we still did not get our money. I recently email Justin multiple times and we did not hear back. I can't believe this is happening for such a big dealership. When they want you to renew your lease, they contact you multiple times, and we have questions we were ignored. This is totally unacceptable. More

You would think this is a key component but surprisingly not all sales reps I dealt with at other dealerships were interested in actually listening to the customer. There was more sales pressure than I would have liked during the financing process with regards to the purchase of an extended warranty although in the end I purchased one. In retrospect I was pressured into making a purchase that was probably not financially advantageous in terms of the cost benefit. In general, I have always found the purchase of a car to be unpleasant experience one that does not benefit from undue pressure. More

My only complaint was that we bought a used car that should have had the oil change done prior to delivery (they said it would) so I was glad I asked them to confirm with the service department that it had been done because it wasn't. However, they gladly booked an oil change appointment for us at no charge. I would deal with Jimmy again for another car without hesitation!! Thanks! Michele More
