They cheat and exploit every opportunity they get Bought a car in the Beginning of 2016. 1st car for me. Was quoted a price that seemed reasonable. It was written down on a piece of paper and signed.i asked if it was all inclusive and was told it was. I was in a hurry to get a car as I was starting a job in the next couple of days. I told them I wanted it and was asked to come in after 2 days. They knew that I had to get one asap and still asked me to come in the day after. I called and canceled a car from another dealer because of me liking this car and the price was good. When I came back to sign the documents, They showed me a finance paper that had a price that was no where near the price we signed up for. Price was higher by Almost 7000 CAD. I asked about it and they said that this was how it was and as it was my first car, I was told I would never be able to get financing for any car at all. I was an immigrant. Honda And Toyota already rejected me because I was an immigrant and they thought it was risky to sell me a car. I'm an engineer with an advanced degree from Canada and the job was good enough to pay for their highest flagship in the showroom. I was naive and they exploited me. They did the same thing to a common friend of mine and he walked off and got calls for a week trying to get him back in. As for me, Turns out that the highest trim of that vehicle was cheaper by more than 100 CAD all inclusive on Mazdas website. These guys are Hawks. Do your research and go to another dealer. If you are there for your first car and if you are especially new to the country, they will scare you about financing and credit history to sell you a car at a steep markup. More

Disappointed purchase I bought a used vehicle from this dealer. They used pressured and pushy sales tactics. I initially didn't make up my mind for purchase. But as I wa I bought a used vehicle from this dealer. They used pressured and pushy sales tactics. I initially didn't make up my mind for purchase. But as I was trying to leave, they used tactics to make you falling into the trap thinking that the car is good deal. They would promise all kind of good things, such as cover up door paint scratch etc. On the day I went to get the car, the car would not start and paint scratches was not fixed. The salesperson made the excuse that they didn't have the paint of same colour and also assured me the battery had no problem, but then boosted the battery to start the car. I drove the car home. After one week, the car started getting no start frequently. It came my attention that the battery was near its end of life. I went back to the dealer asking if they can replace the battery. They give excuses saying battery is not safety related therefore would not get me a replacement battery. I feel being cheated from the sale. I would not recommend buying car from this dealer. Before they get your money, they treat you like god. After you pay the deposit, the attitude turns 180 degrees, and they treat you ignorantly. More
