Tried out Ontario Hyundai - cheap sales tactics and Sisley who was not bothered... Then A buddy of mine recommended Nick Koundouros - GM at Agincourt. Very professional and friendly, Answered all my questions, very transparent on pricing. Bengy Ho, business manager made the rest of the deal a walk in the park. Walked in for a deal on 2014 and Drove away in a 2015 in two days. Recommend 100% More
Consider your self warned Took my 3 year old car in because of a problem with a backup camera. Got it back they said they didn't see a problem, but replaced rear control arm on Took my 3 year old car in because of a problem with a backup camera. Got it back they said they didn't see a problem, but replaced rear control arm on a recall. Immediately noticed a clunk coming from the rear a car. Took it back in and told them the camera was acting funny still. Got the car back they claimed they did not hear the clunk but decided to replace a strutt and they still didn't fix the camera. Magically the clunk had gone away so it was apparent they didn't want to admit any wrong doing on the first repair. This time after I started driving the car there was another new problem. The car was shaking while highway breaking. So now I had to take the car in for a third time. By this time the original problem, the backup camera, was not working 100% of the time. So I ask them again to fix it. I get a call later that day and they tell me my breaks are shot and the backup camera is damaged and it is a few months out of warranty. I found this suspicious because I had my breaks serviced at my trusted mechanic only a few months prior. The gentleman on the phone then proceeds to tell me that if I get my brakes done they will fix my camera for free. They also started accusing my regular mechanic of not doing the work on the previous break job, said that they charged me but didn't do any service. So now I'm supposed to trust the word of someone who I'm having to take my car to for a their time for the same problem over the reputation of my mechanic that I haven't had a single problem with in 15 years. So in the end out of principle I tell them not to touch my car. I go in to pick up my car and they hand me a bill for $150. Thinking maybe they did some sort if fix... Nope they charge me $150 diagnostic fee because the camera would have been a non warranty repair. To sum up, 3 trips and 150 dollars later I have more problems than I started with. My advice to you is a)don't go to this dealer they do bad work b) check your warranty before you take it anywhere. If the item is not currently covered under warranty they will charge you for the pleasure of doing nothing. More

Never again I have a 2011 Sonata 2.0T that I always used this dealer for all the scheduled maintenance. It was always good: good service, on time and performed properly. Until this last time when I went to do the 3 Year scheduled maintenance... I scheduled it 1 week in advance. Arrived 10 minutes before scheduled time, the service advisor prepared all the paperwork, took note of my complaints and asked me if I wanted a shuttle, since the service would take 2.5 hours to be completed. I said yes and he asked me to wait in the customer's area a few minutes to have the shuttle. 15min, 30min, 45 min, 1 hour and nothing... I then decided to ask the service advisor that attended me about the shuttle and he asked me to wait just more 10 min. I said ok, and waited: 10min, 20min, 30min... I decided then to go back and see what was going on. It was at this time that I noticed that my car was just parked outside! I asked the service advisor, "Is my car ready?". He said, "No, it did not get into the workshop yet"... I then noticed my car keys was behind 2 other ones on the line of cars to go into the workshop over the counter... I then decided to ask, "What happened...? Why is not in the workshop yet?". And got an answer back, "The workshop is full... Waiting to have an empty spot...". I saw inside the workshop through a window in the customer area and there were only 4 cars there, most booths were empty... "Any news on the shuttle...?". "No, not yet...". One hour and a half after arriving, the car was not under work yet, there was no preview when it would be and shuttle was also lost... In other words, I would stay there the rest of the day and still had a chance to not have my car serviced... And all this started at 10am! Realizing all that, I did the only thing I could do: cancelled the service ($350) and left the dealership with the intention to never come back again... Checking on internet, I found out I am not the only one that had this experience on this dealer... Seems service went straight to the bottom within the last 6 months... That's a pity, because this was the closest dealer to me... I also found on internet lots of good reviews from Hyundai Richmond Hill. It is a bit far away from me, but it was the best service I have ever had so far. Check my review there where I describe my experience... More
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Terrible service, rude employees, atrocious wait times, condescending information, etc. Watch out if you go to this dealership. All the service guys Terrible service, rude employees, atrocious wait times, condescending information, etc. Watch out if you go to this dealership. All the service guys have the worst attitude. If you make a service appointment for 10:00AM, your car will actually be serviced at 1:00PM. If you ask the guys working at the service desk to check other issues you notice in your car, they will beat around the bush and give excuses as to why the issues is occurring and tell you 'it's normal" or "there's nothing we can do about it". The GM, Nick is even worse, so don't bother escalating issues to him. He's good for nothing but a fake smile. He will do nothing to keep you as a customer, clearly - because I walked out saying I'm leaving this dealership, going to get my car serviced at another Hyundai, and he said "Okay, have a great day". Jesse is a very nice salesman. Dee is an amazing Manager, super friendly and even got us new tires put on the car because my wife is pregnant. Tony is awesome in parts, I was looking for accessories that wer super friendly and even got us new tires put on the car because my wife is pregnant. Tony is awesome in parts, I was looking for accessories that were on U.S. websites but not Canadian, he put up with me calling frequently and found the part, his manager sold it to me for 66% off without me even asking for a deal (out of production car I suppose). Overall good experience, very eager to help. Price on the car seemed a little on the better side of fair. Super friendly and patient service from the people I dealt with. More
This dealership has sales persons who are LIARS! Specially this guy Gibbon. A very rude sales person. This dealership does not show any responsibility towards customer service. This person Gibbon Specially this guy Gibbon. A very rude sales person. This dealership does not show any responsibility towards customer service. This person Gibbon gave us a verbal quote of $16.9K for a demo 2013 used Hyundai Elantra GL on November 30, 2013 and asked us to come take a look and test drive the same on December 2, 2013. After we test drove, we realized that the brakes needed to be replaced and some scratched were supposed to be repainted. He then quoted us a price of $21.5K! We told him that we had told him that our budget was around $15K. He immediately said 'Ok. Let's not waste time. Thank you for coming in.' and asked us to leave! Why waste our time if you did not want to sell the car in the originally quoted price of $16.9K?! Do these sales people think that customers are idiots?! The same cars on auto trader are for $15K-$16K. HE tells us 'My manager will give me xxxx' if he tries to lower the price! How can you speak this way to you customer? Did he not think about it on Nov 30 when he quoted the price for $16.9K?? Such rude behaviour is not acceptable by any customer. This was the most horrible experience. We are car shopping at many dealerships, none of them behave like this! Customers know what they are paying for. They are not idiots. These people think that we customers will buy anything from them and they can sell anything however they like! Dont fool your customers and don't LIE! I will not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
met some nice sales agents who seemed to care about my purchase. The sales manager, i believe his name was James didn't care. Had an offer that was revoked the second time i returned to the dealer negotiate pricing. I was told the offer that was given previous will stand when i sent an e-mail but unfortunately the sales manager decided to change his mind and give me another offer was was much higher. Th'e sales agent felt bad but said he couldn't do anything. We went a few times to test drive the car i wanted to purchase and i greatly appreciated that, i was looking forward to buy from them but that sales manager was the dealbreaker. When i heard he would not give me that offer anymore, i was disappointed, what i found weird was it wasn't written on the page that they offered it to me previously so that only makes me question why offer something that you won't give? Scam? I don't know what that was all about. Anyways, nice sales agents there, very knowledgeable. I eventually went to look for parts as i purchased the vehicle somewhere else. The man at the counter was a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He provided me his managers contact. Thinking maybe parts would be better, same results. Another useless manager at Agincourt, sales and parts. The parts manager was Darren. Doesn't reply to my e-mails. Thinking it might be because he's a manager, i try other dealers and the other dealers got back to me quickly. More
