Excellent Customer Service I recently had my Mustang in for an A/C recharge after replacing the Condensor. I recieved a reminder call the day prior to my appointment. My car was serviced correctly and in the time frame quoted. I received a complimentary ride from and to the dealership while my car was repaired so I could continue to work. I also spoke with the Service Manager who provided me with some useful warranty information. Awesome service folks. More

Absolutely thrilled! We're on our third round of purchasing from Ford, but this was our first time buying at Advantage. We had a 2011 Ford Explorer Limited, past any wa We're on our third round of purchasing from Ford, but this was our first time buying at Advantage. We had a 2011 Ford Explorer Limited, past any warrantee, that we were looking to trade in for a newer model. Shane and Jordan did an exceptional job of listening to what we were looking for, and why, and finding what we wanted - MORE, even - with the financing solutions we were looking for. We got a brand new car, with a better trim package, for a smaller payment. We also arrived late in the day - after 7pm - and despite the dealership closing at 9, their financing guy Sam as well as Shane and Jordan stuck around for another hour so that we could get the paperwork done. All in all, there was absolutely never any pressure to hurry up or make a decision. Everyone was friendly and excellent to work with, and they bent over backwards to ensure we were happy customers. I'll never buy from another Ford dealership again. More

She was so thoughtful, considerate, easy to deal with and did everything she could to put me at ease. Thanks Deb for being so wonderful and getting the job done quickly! More

Shortly after it was unfortunately written off due to hail. I contemplated NOT buying the new 2015, and sure wasn't going to through Cam Clark. I guess the storm was a blessing in disguise as I went in to Advantage and they were able to build my car with ease, no stress and great service. I wasn't sure any amount of service would have been enough to redeem Ford in my eyes, but the SVT team was fantastic and just goes to show how much different your experience can be with other dealerships. I would happily recommend anyone to the team at Advantage. Thank you Greg, Tim and Ken for a fun and positive experience. I love my new car and wouldn't change anything from the very beginning to end, for if I hadn't gone through such a painful experience I would never have met all of you. Cheers! More

Started well but this quickly evaporated Our experience began with a very personable sales person. Unfortunately he did not possess a strong knowledge of his product and their pricing of opti Our experience began with a very personable sales person. Unfortunately he did not possess a strong knowledge of his product and their pricing of options. The dealership seemed to be operating in confusion with their various departments not communicating the needs of the customer. What should have been an easy delivery of a new car dragged on because the requested options, were not installed /could not be located, as customer requested. We were understanding through this whole process until the end, when a scrape was noticed on the rear bumper. We informed the salesman, who then called out the manager. He professed that it must have just happened in the service department when installing the mud flaps because his detail team was so good they would catch this type of damage. That some customers just let a small scratch go. We didn't concur and it will need repair. A surprise came that night when my wife was checking her iPhone pictures taken when we first looked at the car and the scratch had been there all along. They had the car for almost a week and could have fixed it. I see this as being dishonest! They knew it was scratched. So what started well evaporated. Not because of inexperience, not because of poor service, but because of a lie. More
