A really awesome day with Advantage! Last week, I had the good luck to get to both buy a new car from Advantage, and attend the Women in the Driver's Seat event for Smarty Skirts YYC, all Last week, I had the good luck to get to both buy a new car from Advantage, and attend the Women in the Driver's Seat event for Smarty Skirts YYC, all on the same day! Shane Robb took the time to find out what I was really looking for in a new vehicle, and helped me to understand the different options available and what they would really mean for me. His attention to detail (like remembering my colour preferences), and honest advice was really appreciated as this was the first time I'd ever gone through the process of buying a new car on my own. Marc Stokes in the Finance department was friendly, helpful, and communicative through the entire process of getting my lease ready, as well as helping me choose which additional protection options I wanted (3M, fabric and leather protection!), and explaining the benefits of buying the Ford Maintenance Protection plan. He went out of his way to ensure I had all the information I'd need to give to my insurance agent, as well. Greg Kozokowsky was also friendly and helpful when I picked up my new vehicle. From explaining the new features to helping me deal with last minute complications with the car I was trading in, he was informative, patient and had a good sense of humour when things didn't go exactly as planned. I love my new Explorer! Later that same day, I returned for the Women in the Driver's Seat event for Smarty Skirts YYC, and it was awesome! Thank you so much to everyone at Advantage Ford who took part! The evening was educational, fun, and really helped our attendees see how the entire car buying and ownership process really works. The transparency and openness really helped to dispel a lot of common car buying myths, as well as empower the women who attended to be knowledgeable and active participants in their car purchasing ventures in the future. Kevin, Shane and Sam were awesome for taking the time out of their evenings to take part. I'm excited to work with you all again in the future! More

Great experience at Advantage! In purchasing my new car, I was very impressed with my dealings at Advantage. I have been to many dealerships, including other Ford locations, and I In purchasing my new car, I was very impressed with my dealings at Advantage. I have been to many dealerships, including other Ford locations, and I found that Advantage really stood out! The atmosphere was much more relaxed and the staff truly allow you to explore the cars without adding any pressure. Directly, I had the pleasure of dealing with Pete and Marc. I would highly recommend them both to my friends and family. They made the experience enjoyable rather than stressful or pushy. I felt like I was truly being helped out by friends. I'll be back to Advantage and highly recommend your dealership. Loved the friendly customer service and LOVE my new car! More

Excellent Customer Service I recently had my Mustang in for an A/C recharge after replacing the Condensor. I recieved a reminder call the day prior to my appointment. My car was I recently had my Mustang in for an A/C recharge after replacing the Condensor. I recieved a reminder call the day prior to my appointment. My car was serviced correctly and in the time frame quoted. I received a complimentary ride from and to the dealership while my car was repaired so I could continue to work. I also spoke with the Service Manager who provided me with some useful warranty information. Awesome service folks. More

Absolutely thrilled! We're on our third round of purchasing from Ford, but this was our first time buying at Advantage. We had a 2011 Ford Explorer Limited, past any wa We're on our third round of purchasing from Ford, but this was our first time buying at Advantage. We had a 2011 Ford Explorer Limited, past any warrantee, that we were looking to trade in for a newer model. Shane and Jordan did an exceptional job of listening to what we were looking for, and why, and finding what we wanted - MORE, even - with the financing solutions we were looking for. We got a brand new car, with a better trim package, for a smaller payment. We also arrived late in the day - after 7pm - and despite the dealership closing at 9, their financing guy Sam as well as Shane and Jordan stuck around for another hour so that we could get the paperwork done. All in all, there was absolutely never any pressure to hurry up or make a decision. Everyone was friendly and excellent to work with, and they bent over backwards to ensure we were happy customers. I'll never buy from another Ford dealership again. More

Ford Redemption In 2014 I custom ordered the Mustang GT California Special through Cam Clark in Airdrie and can honestly say my whole experience was so discouraging I In 2014 I custom ordered the Mustang GT California Special through Cam Clark in Airdrie and can honestly say my whole experience was so discouraging I wished I'd never bought. Shortly after it was unfortunately written off due to hail. I contemplated NOT buying the new 2015, and sure wasn't going to through Cam Clark. I guess the storm was a blessing in disguise as I went in to Advantage and they were able to build my car with ease, no stress and great service. I wasn't sure any amount of service would have been enough to redeem Ford in my eyes, but the SVT team was fantastic and just goes to show how much different your experience can be with other dealerships. I would happily recommend anyone to the team at Advantage. Thank you Greg, Tim and Ken for a fun and positive experience. I love my new car and wouldn't change anything from the very beginning to end, for if I hadn't gone through such a painful experience I would never have met all of you. Cheers! More
