We have been loyal GM customers for over 40 years. 7 years ago my elderly parents bought a new Equinox at this location. At the time their purchase came with a lifetime tire warranty, as long as they d years ago my elderly parents bought a new Equinox at this location. At the time their purchase came with a lifetime tire warranty, as long as they did their services at the dealership..which they did at $100+ each & everytime. Now after 7 years of overpriced services, when they need their 1st tire, they were told they do not qualify as they needed to do regular tire rotations there as well. REALLY? Why were we not told this at any of those service appts? We obviously would have done them to keep the warranty. I then contacted the service manager Luciano & he couldn't have been more rude. I was hoping he could make an exception or even try to help them as they were such loyal customers & had spent $1000s at this location. (I was told by another employee they had accrued $600 for tires on their acct as of that day) He then had to repeatedly tell me I need to go & read the contract.. the small print.. that there's nothing he could do. At this point I feel scammed, GM is not a company that cares for its customers.. as well Mr Luciano should get better customer service skills if they care to keep their customers satisfied & happy. Very disappointed..My family will definitely no longer be GM owners. Looking at a Nissan this week. More

the dealership is clean bright and new, the sales guys listened to what i needed and gave me options and came through with the viehcle when i know right now things are in short supply. People are nice (being in customer service they have to be)but the service and quality of service received is absolutely horrible. We will never bring our vehicles to be serviced there again. We brought our traverse there 3 times in the past 2 years spending more than 3k on an air conditioning issue. Please keep in mind that because of the pandemic we barely used the vehicle….and only used the air conditioning for approximately 6 months in the past 2 years. The vehicle was first “repaired “ on July 2019, again 8 days later….and now in June 2021. Each time they (service department) found something else wrong….where we as the customers need to pay AGAIN. Get it right the FIRST TIME. I have no problem paying…..but where I have a problem is you guys don’t stand behind your work. We will never buy or service our vehicles from your location. And we are letting all family and friends know about how disappointed we are in your level or lack of service received. I hope you understand just how disappointed we are. Maybe someone needs to review the work being done in your service department to ensure your loyal customers are receiving the best quality of work possible. I now feel that the mom and pop shops are the way to go as I’m sure they will appreciate our business……and stand behind their work. Again people are nice (because they have to be) but the quality of service will determine a satisfied customer. More
