Acura of Barrie

I bought my first Acura (a TLX) in 2022. Kevin Campbell was my salesperson, and he was great! He continues to check-in with me, asking how the car is, asking if all is ok and whether or not Kevin Campbell was my salesperson, and he was great! It isn't a sales call or pitch, he's just a good salesperson who wants to ensure all is well and the car is still meeting my expectations. I've also had really good experiences with the service staff at Acura of Barrie, they're all great. I do also want to share just how incredible my Acura TLX is.... During the most recent US Thanksgiving/Black Friday holiday weekend, we were visiting Erie, PA, when they had record lake-effect snowfall in one day alone (almost 2ft) AND the snow just kept coming! My TLX AWD (and with snow tires), was literally like a tank! It easily sailed through feet (NOT cm's) of snow like it was nothing. We decided to leave on the Sat and head home, because the forecast was calling for it to continue snowing for several days. The car was absolutley solid through the drive of relentless lake-effect snowfall, and a completely snow covered hwy. I've had many different brands of vehicles over the past 40yrs, and never really favoured one over another, but I can say that I'm now a fan of the Acura brand; it has proven to deliver safe and reliable transportation. I would highly recommend this dealership and their staff! More

After having a Tire Blowout on a rear tire on my RDX due to a road conditions I requested the tow truck driver to take it to Barrie. Acura . When this was done the Customer Service Rep . Had a worrisome noise when applying the brakes on our MDX. We have all our service work done at Acura of Barrie and no surprise, they didn’t disappoint this time. I took my vehicle in for regular service. Making the appointment was easy and was able to get the day and time that best worked for me. The Service person was very friendly and professional. He walked me through the service to be performed, the cost and the time it would take. They offered to drive me to a location of my choosing or wait in their location which was very clean and comfortable with lots of different drinks available. The service was performed in the time they told me it would be and my car came out nice and clean with the end of service car wash. I live an hour away but it's worth the drive. More
