I walked into the Acura sales side first as my car was parked right in front of their door. I was greeted by reception Angelica and Sales - Olivia. I was impressed with Olivia as she was very understanding of my needs (my willingness to accept change, mother of 2 kids with special needs-requiring a reliable new family car, etc), and wanting a good deal wherever possible.. She explained the features of MDX/RDX line and as per my request, she walked me over to her Honda colleague George B who answered my Pilot questions.. The overall sales experience was pleasant as I did not feel once pressured to buy from anyone at this downtown lot. I chose the Acura MDX- Navigation model and was told there was one onsite and a few days to pickup. Close to pickup day, Olivia called to explain another car has been ordered as the one on site was not up to par.. I appreciated Olivia for her honesty and looking after my best interest.. I'm glad for the wait and knowing I would be getting a brand new PERFECT car! Keep up the good work and service Acura Downtown! Susan More
THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS ***** ATTENTION!! THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!***** I STILL CANT BELIEVE THAT THESE GUYS TOOK AWAY CAR MATS & MUD GUARDS JUST BEFORE HANDING THE VEH ***** ATTENTION!! THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!***** I STILL CANT BELIEVE THAT THESE GUYS TOOK AWAY CAR MATS & MUD GUARDS JUST BEFORE HANDING THE VEHICLE TO ME. I REGRET MY DECISION NOW. My experience: I went to this place to check out few vehicles past week and I liked couple of vehicles. I first liked BMW X3 in Ad’s and asked for test drive 1st. But then a guy came and started painting at back of the vehicle. Then I test drive 2 Acura certified vehicles. RDX 2013 and ILX 2013. After having test drive for couple of them, I liked ILX and decided to take Acura ILX 2014(Which I asked for a test drive). The Sales man (Ivan is his name) put pressure on me to fill the purchase sheet before test drive and we can talk about discounts later as people are waiting to see the same vehicles. and he assured its Acura certified blah. blah… Then when i signed the sheet, he literally said he doesn’t have time to show the vehicle as he spent couple of hours to show the vehicles. Note: all the delay was from his side to bring down the vehicles from the building and he does’t even know how to operate them properly. (Example: connecting the phone via bluetooth). Since I signed the sheet he said I have to take that vehicle as I have signed the contract. I said I cannot take the vehicle as I dint test drive it. I literally dint want to get into troubles with contract and chosen the vehicle which I already test drive. Price Comparison: I found lot of good deals from other Acura dealerships with better milage, new vehicle and more warranty with ACURA certified. THESE GUYS SAYS IT AS SOME KIND OF MARKET VALUE PRICING WHICH IS WAY HIGHER THAN THE MARKET PRICE. He literally gave 200$ discount on the first vehicle which I dint had test drive. When I asked for vehicle change, he said he can’t give that 200$ towards this vehicle which i selected latter. These guys are bunch of scammers. They even charged more even for filling gas. When I asked, the sales man rude answer was okay bring your fuel. we won’t fuel it while handing. When handed the vehicle, I dint find the mats Friends, do not visit this store at all. If at all you visit, check the prices outside.. DO NOT BUY BEFORE CHECKING & DON’T BUY A PRE OWNED here at any cost. More
Excellence in customer service I went to Acura downtown early August and was almost immediately greeted by Alan (Sales Manager). He offered me premium coffee or a bottle water. H I went to Acura downtown early August and was almost immediately greeted by Alan (Sales Manager). He offered me premium coffee or a bottle water. He listened to some of questions and referred me to Robin Sadr. Robin took time to answer my questions and did not rush me at all. I went for a test drive and Robin Sadr sat down again with me upon my request to answer my many questions. I came back to the dealership 5 times and each time I was offered another test drive. The General Manager, Kevlin Quek, even took the time to speak to me for a long period of time. I ended up buying the Acura the following week. I would definitely recommend Downtown Acura and would hands down recommend Robin Sadr (Sales Associate) The irony of it all is that I went to Honda Downtown (they are adjacent to each other as they are owned by the same guy). Honda Downtown on the other hand did not give me one look when I went into the dealership to buy an Accord. I did go back to Honda Downtown and I met with Motoki who was very good. More

I told him no, I'm here to pay the deposit of the car we agreed on, the Infiniti. He was reluctant and told me to wait for his manager! Only to find out there's another buyer they agreed with on the same Infiniti car. They told me to wait until the other buyer (a girl and her mother) decided on which car they take, either that Infiniti or another Acura! That left me so frustrated because we agreed on a deal and I was there to pay for the car. At the end, the girl decided to buy the Infiniti! I was really angry on how they dealt with me and how rude and cheater they were. Never to deal with those b..tards again. More
Sales Team with Big Attitude Sent my husband to a test drive appointment this afternoon (June 22, 2016) only to be told that if he is not interested in buying the car, the manager Sent my husband to a test drive appointment this afternoon (June 22, 2016) only to be told that if he is not interested in buying the car, the manager will not let him test drive it. What kind of BS is this? Had they told us about this we would not have made the appointment. THIS IS A TOTAL WASTE OF OUR TIME! He was denied his very right to test drive the car and was given the impression that we cannot afford it. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION! LISTEN CAREFULLY CORNELIO AND FRED: YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH BUSINESS YOU HAVE LOST BECAUSE OF YOUR ATTITUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR. WE WOULD AND COULD HAVE CASHED DOWN ON THE CAR WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL. TOO BAD IT'S TOO LATE NOW AND NEVER MIND, WE WILL MAKE SURE TO LET ALL OUR FAMILY MEMBERS, RELATIVES, FRIENDS AND SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWERS KNOW NOT TO BOTHER WITH THIS ACURA LOCATION! The sales team are rude, arrogant, offensive and absolutely disrespectful! If you are so rude, why work in sales?! More

They also sold me a bogus Extended Warranty which is related to the vehicle they sell, and nothing is covered. 7 months after the purchase my car started revealing the hidden problems. I have already spent $2,000 + because the warranty has denied each and every claim. Acura needs to know who is using their "so" reputable name and shut them down. More

We have been an Acura customer for over 5yrs and had been very pleased with the service we have received until now, and therefore unfortunately will not be back. We wanted to buy the new 2013 RDX from Tor very pleased with the service we have received until now, and therefore unfortunately will not be back. We wanted to buy the new 2013 RDX from Toronto Downtown Acura but was taken back by the sales manager's hesitancies in accepting a fair value for our RDX and wanted to 'check a retailer outlet and field the market for potential buyers' before he could consider the appropriate price for the car. I thought the Acura team was experienced enough to price your cars. We where able to obtain prices from the online Canadian Black Book accessible from the Acura website prior to our visit so we would have an understanding of what a "fair price" would be for our 2008 RDX. However, the online report did not have the same suggested values as the Acura's sales manager's hard copy book that he waved at us (I'll leave the question of online currency vs. paper for other discussions). During this discussion with the manager, we were very polite, however, we did not receive the same reciprocal courtesy from the sales manager. I had no problem at one of Acura's competitors obtaining a fair price for our RDX car, fair not over or under valued. In the end we got the distinct impression that even though we were return customers our business was not welcomed with a trade in of an Acura RDX. More
