Great service, really renewed my faith in the Acura brand. I really, really cannot praise the service department here enough. I bought my Acura elsewhere and I had some issues with the vehicle. Harry Lin and his service team really amazed my with their professionalism, responsiveness, directness and overall efforts. They listened, they followed up promptly and they really went above and beyond to correct some small issues that the dealer I bought the car from had ignored. My only regret is that I did not buy my car here instead. Next time I will as I have seen enough to know that the professionalism and overall level of service is probably a very accurate representation of the entire dealership. This was certainly one of those experiences that makes me want to tell others so that they can benefit from the same level of care and consideration that I did. More
Excellent Service Department I used to go to another dealer but they would constantly mess up, not change the service reminder back to 100%, etc and then I started coming here abo I used to go to another dealer but they would constantly mess up, not change the service reminder back to 100%, etc and then I started coming here about 5 years ago. Couldn't be happier with both Michael and Harry and the rest of the service team. They always wash my car and it is always ready when they say it will be. I will continue to take my TL here and would recommend this dealer to others. More

Downtown Acura - BEST service experience I absolutely love my 2012 Acura RDX but the one and only reason I will continue to own an Acura is the service provided by Michael Chalmers. He's one I absolutely love my 2012 Acura RDX but the one and only reason I will continue to own an Acura is the service provided by Michael Chalmers. He's one in a million and always makes time regardless of how busy he is and he is always crazy busy! He takes time to explain every service requirement and offers solutions and recommendations in the customer's best interest. He always has his own line up at the dealership because people rely on him so much. I'll follow him (and so will my family) wherever he goes so please look after him!!! More
JUST WANT YOUR MONEY - HORRIBLE SERVICE MICHAEL (at the service desk) ended up charging me for a full extra amount of updates without my authorization. I don't normally take care of the car updates as my husband is the one who does. On this particular day, I had to take the day off from work to go to the doctors so I decided to drop off our car for a routine synthetic oil change. I specifically remember saying to MICHAEL at the desk that we wanted to get a "synthetic oil change" to which he repeated out loud. This should have been a $130 fee however, upon looking at the final receipt he charged me a total of $331.28 by doing only God knows what updates I did not approve of. To make matters worse, my husband had asked upon booking our appointment that we would need a shuttle car service. I ended up waiting a little over an hour because MICHAEL forgot about me, stating that it was a busy day. Since when is it ever not busy at the service desk? If I knew I would have to wait over an hour for their shuttle I would have just called for an Uber. Their lack of customer service is beyond inconsiderate and I feel like they were just about making money. I would NOT recommend this Acura location downtown. They are all about over charging you for all these little things and not explaining the charge until it is too late. They don't care about their customers and just want to take your money. DO NOT GO HERE!!! More

Olivia is perfect example of one face to the customer, she answered all our questions with a smile on her face and never at a point we felt being pushed to make our decision. We had been to few dealerships earlier and we never met an agent with so much information at her finger tips. I was very fortunate to come aross a sales rep by the name of Olivia, who had taken the time to meet with us, who also has remarkable customer service skills. She sat us down and explained all the details we needed to know in financing or leasing a new acura. Our experience at this dealership went pleasent due to her customer service skills. My cousin did end up financing a brand new 2017 MDX. I would highly recommand anyone shopping for a acura to setup any meetings with the sales reps at downtown acura (Toronto). My sales consultant Olivia was very thorough and looked after all my needs prior to me coming in for pickup. She walked my husband and I through all of the new features on the RDX since my last lease. I was very impressed and will certainly be back to negotiate another lease in 4 years! Thank You Olivia! The BDC (business development centre) is a JOKE in the Car Business as a Receptionist. Keep it as a tool for Service Dept to aid the Advisors. As an Automotive Broker and Sales Manager for many yearsmyself, I thrive on Customer Service and respond to all forms of communication these days ASAP! If I can't get a hold of the Dealer in attempt to sell their Own Inventory for a client, how stressed does the client actually feel if they made the attempt? This just helps prove my point of being a Broker and doing the leg work for Customer's is far more resourceful way to purchase a vehicle without any headaches. They can stay home while I go thru the BS for them! More
