Horrible Attitude/Service I am currently shopping for a new car after my current civic got written off post accident(not fun). Figured I would check out the new civic as the redesign is pretty nice. I called ahead and wanted a test drive as I was still figuring out my options due to budget constraints. And we all know a test drive can really help make a decision. But so can the customer service. The greeting I got when I entered the dealership was kind and I was taken care of. When I called in to book the test drive I spoke to a gentleman named Danish. When I got there, he was with a client so i waited around and then got Andy to take me on the test drive (great!) and then passed me back to Danish. It's his kind of customer service that makes me never want to walk into that dealership again!! He was extremely pushy and condescending , I mentioned how I was shopping and looking for the best bang for my buck due to my situation. 1) he kept looking at my friend, interrupting business and mentioning how he remembered him from somewhere.. normally that would be fine, but he also added that he only remembers faces like that if he got into some kind of conflict with them... 2) He refused to give me numbers, nothing shown to me. I briefly had a quick quote given to me by my original dealer while picking up paperwork which he knew (clearly I wasn't satisfied with service if I'm getting my test drive somewhere else) but he basically said that he doesn't want my business if I'm shopping around. Told me if he was to give me a price he was going to draw up the paper work, which I wasn't ready to do at all! 3) I work in sales as well, I know the tactic he was trying to use. But he needs to qualify my needs first before trying to push a product on me. I made it very clear I wasn't looking to purchase that day. I felt very disregarded and disrespected and over all NOT HELPED. It feels unfair to rate this dealer so low as I did enjoy how the others there assisted me as I WAITED for Danish... but I will NOT be going back due to him. More
