Achilles Mazda Fell down with this Service I have been getting my Mazda serviced at this location since I purchased my car. They are generally great with the service. The last visit wasn't so I have been getting my Mazda serviced at this location since I purchased my car. They are generally great with the service. The last visit wasn't so great. Having booked an appointment online several weeks prior, with email communication for verification of the date, I was to drop the car off early morning and it was to be ready for pickup mid afternoon. Mid morning I received a phone call advising they did not have a record of the appointment. I thought great no service, but Terry was good and said that he would fit it in and would that it would still be ready for the scheduled pickup. Upon arriving at the dealership at the scheduled time, I was told that it would be a little longer due to an issue with the tire machine. The resulting wait time was an hour. When the vehicle was finally ready, I was told they were generously covering the cost of a stripped drain plug, forgetting that all my oil service have been done by their service department. Not sure what happened here, but they fell down with the service and am very disappointed with the way it was handled. More
