Thanks to their iDeal no hassle online quote I was able to get the best price without having to haggle on the price. I of course did my due diligence and got 5 other quotes but Achilles was the best price. On top of having the best price, he was the quickest to respond and the most transparent. He gave me every piece of information I needed right up front without me having to ask for it. He was also so quick to respond with the things I needed clarification on. When I finally made the decision to purchase through him, he had everything ready to go when I got there, no waiting! The Business Manager Tracy was also amazing to deal with! She made sure we were in and out in such a short amount of time, with all of the information we needed for the actual pick up! All I can say is if you're wanting the best service AND the best price, you NEED to go to Achilles Mazda in Milton!!! Can't say enough about them! More

They are responsive, helpful and quick to book service appointments. I really appreciated the little things -- answering the phone promptly, booking service appointments the next day, completing the work promptly so you could wait for it and generally doing it right! I have known how horrible service can be thanks to Budds Oakville Mini, so I only appreciate these folks all the more. Of course, the Mazda is a very reliable car -- we are on our third one and have never had anything but routine maintenance to deal with. Highly recommended. More
