Hi I visit on Archilles Mazda Milton , on 13 August to diagnose the noise coming while driving and paid $ 70 for this , they told me to change left Front control Arm , they changed on 20 Aug, 2024 and I p diagnose the noise coming while driving and paid $ 70 for this , they told me to change left Front control Arm , they changed on 20 Aug, 2024 and I paid $ 639.62, next day while I going to London I notice that some thing loose on bottom of suv , the mechanic forget to tight the bottom plastic panel which cover the engine . This mechanic mistake can cause serious accident. Today again I went their I told them that same noise is coming and they was asking again $ 70 , I asked the Manager what about the time I wasted and took day off due to your Mecanic fault , but we know Manager always support their staff. I suggest you don't go on this location they have Unprofessional mechanic and charging too much compare to other Mazda dealership location .same thing they did when the changed the water 💧 pump and causes radiator Leake, I will write ✍ tomorrow Thx and please please think 20 times before repair or if you are thinking to buy to new car from this location More

Beware before doing busy with this dealership! We found a used car online that we liked - after multiple phone calls and emails - being assured the car was exactly as advertised we agreed to the s We found a used car online that we liked - after multiple phone calls and emails - being assured the car was exactly as advertised we agreed to the sale and put down a deposit being told that it was to show our good faith and was fully refundable. Jump ahead several days - arrive to pick up the car: It has overspray of fresh paint in 6+ spots including 80% of one of the front chrome rims which is now covered in white paint. Upon closer inspection it’s obvious the car had recently been damaged and poorly repaired. Here’s the issues: Sunny (our salesman ) had said the car was impeccable condition - once there and pointing out the fresh paint - he claimed it was just “touch up” then when we showed him the wheel that was covered in paint he claimed he knew nothing about it. Then Dan Leslie gets involved and says I’m “heated” as if them misrepresenting the car, then lying saying the fresh paint was just touch up is my doing?? Once he actually looks at the car and I point out the wheel and multiple other spots he changes his tone. Telling me they don’t paint at all! (Either the salesman is lying or he is!) Then says he’ll give us our deposit back even though he doesn’t have to…. Seriously you lie to us, waste our time, treat us like all this is our fault then you’re doing us a favour by returning our money?? There’s more yet I’m certain you get the point. They lied and were incredibly unprofessional yet never an admission as to “we made a mistake” or “we’re sorry we missed that” It was just indignant responses and lack of caring! I felt insulted and disappointed leaving there and would never go back!!! More

When I opted to cancel the booking due to the indefinite wait, I was informed by the owner that their policy prohibited the return of the deposit money. This lack of alignment between the information provided by the owner and the sales representative was concerning. The situation presented me with an unfair ultimatum: forfeit the deposit or endure an unspecified waiting period of a couple of months. This experience has highlighted serious discrepancies in communication and refund policies at Achilles Mazda Milton. I would caution potential customers to be wary of the lack of transparency and consistency in dealings with this establishment. More
