Steven guided us through every feature and option it had so we felt very comfortable with our new vehicle. Derek got us to the price we were able to spend the the process was so easy going. Christine in the finance department was very thorough and pleasant to work with. They have a kids area right in the middle of the dealership so that no matter where you are in the process of your purchase (insuring, financing, sales...) you can keep an eye on them while they colour or play. These are advisors - not salespeople... BIG difference! Firstly - I typically don't write a lot of reviews & for the most part are a little skeptical. Let me assure you that I am NOT a Hyundai representative - I am a Hyundai customer. Before buying my Elantra I spent time (a) researching my car and (b) investigating the quality of the sales experience & the Abbotsford dealership was on the top of my list to check out because of all the great reviews. Clearly there appeared to be something good going on here... so I checked it out... My path to deal with this dealership started with Chris, their Internet Sales Manager - who was very accommodating and definitely not in my face. I asked a few basic 'screening' type questions - which I had asked other dealerships & to his credit, he responded in a non aggressive/ open and honest manner. More importantly, he made commitments to follow up on my questions by a certain time - and he actually followed up. Sadly, this was not my experience with other dealerships - even ones with a more 'prestigious' badge! Next came the visit to the lot and meeting Brad. This guy is not a car salesman - he truly is a 'trusted advisor.' I get turned off real quick when I feel the hard/ up sell coming - but Brad is different. He listens, asked questions and then presents idea's for you to consider. Simple. Amazing. Effective. I have already told Brad that we are looking to upgrade our 2nd vehicle - not in a rush, but just to plant the seed as he's rightfully won our business. In the end, if you are reading my review and have settled on a Hyundai - do yourself a favour and talk to Chris and Brad first. You won't be disappointed! -Jeff More

The worst service ever First time took car there to have heater dial fixed told part would take 4 days to get ..drove with no heat in the car in December when car went in th First time took car there to have heater dial fixed told part would take 4 days to get ..drove with no heat in the car in December when car went in they scraped the dash all up told us they would have to send it out to different place to have it fixed still not like it was .... Next time we took car there it was because the power gate stopped working we went to take it in the next day and the battery was dead so I jumped it took it to dealers told them about it got a courtesy car got a call from them . They said 4 to 5 days for part to come in and that I would need a new battery so I asked what the readings of the battery was did not know but assured me the tec know it was no good so we asked that the old battery be put back in car they very upset did so fighting and kicking we took battery in to a different place to have checked and it was good on the test did not need a battery we will not deal with tis dealership ever ....... More
