The customer service in the service department needs improvement. I felt rushed the entire time and witnessed one of the service guys get testy with another customer. I had to go back 3 times because ev improvement. I felt rushed the entire time and witnessed one of the service guys get testy with another customer. I had to go back 3 times because even though they had changed the oil (at least I hope they did), the change oil notification was still coming on. They were in such a rush to get me out of there that they didn’t take the time to really see what the issue was and fix it the first time. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience and I’ll be servicing my car at a different dealership moving forward. More

Worse service ever! The Sale Rocky kept lying over and over again. I put down the deposit in Dec and was told that I will receive the VIN the day after. 6 months later The Sale Rocky kept lying over and over again.
