Not happy with my the staff who promised me a service with no extra charge the next time I came in. When I arrived there were no notes and when the lady finally came in the staff did not even inquire wit with no extra charge the next time I came in. Only looking to make money and not provide service. I will not recommend this location to anyone! More

I bought my Nissan Versa Note from a used car dealership last year and had never been to a Nissan dealer. I'm so happy I took the plunge and switched shops. Christine in particular took the time to gave me a lot of really excellent information, which I'm so appreciative of. I love coming away from having my car serviced feeling like I've learned something new! Thank you for the great experience! Expensive service, but no different from any other dealer I suppose. At least they give a clear explanation of what they're going to do and, unlike my previous dealer, they recognize that I can change the ca I suppose. The auto service technician I dealt with, Dan , was great! He kept me updated every step of the way and most of all, I got validation.
