I have always got my Nissan serviced at this dealer (last 24 years) as their service was always reliable and of high quality. Two weeks ago, however, I had a bad experience- after spending close to $3000 on 24 years) as their service was always reliable and of high quality. Two weeks ago, however, I had a bad experience- after spending close to $3000 on service, my car died on me a week later as the alternator died Got the car towed back to the dealership and after three days and $1600 more for a new alternator and battery, it seems to be running fine). The service advisor, Cassey, has been very helpful ( including arranging for a ride home after my car was towed to the dealership) and as usual the service was done with care. Will wait to see if all is well. I am always treated fairly and the staff is always attentive and friendly. In the last 20+ years, this is the first time (and hopefully it won't repeat) I had an issue right after a service visit and getting stuck in traffic with a disabled car. Generally I am very happy with the service at the this dealership and hope to continue my relationship there More
