He approached us and asked us if we would like to hear about the Quashqai we were looking at. He was very polite and well mannered. He took us for a test drive and explained all the details on the car. When we sat down with him to discuss pricing he offered refreshments and made sure we were comfortable before we began. We ended up purchasing the car and when we returned to pick it up Ralph greeted us at the door and took us out to our car and again went over everything with us.
