Worst experience of my life 1) they took my keys and test drove my trade in... I had to threaten them with warranty fraud before they would even touch my car 5) I can't prove it but my truck was not safetied ... The tires were bald and head rests were missing ... Makes me wonder how legitimant they are 6) they will tell you everything under the sun to get you to pay... "Be apart of the family" since I paid I feel like an ex husband... 7) do not put anything down... They will steal that money but will lie and say someone else is also interested but will hold it with a down payment .. You'll never see that money again 8) when I picked up my truck"used" it wasn't even cleaned... There was gunk inside ... And no gas... Literally just made it to the gas station down the road. I was embarrassed showing my family that was waiting for my at my house from my big purchase ... 9)your wasting your time... Your energy ... Your money by walking in there. They ripped me off I pay down $1000 dollars to hold a lease rate with 0 down for my buddy,I told them the car wasn't for me and my buddy have to make the decision,Tyler I pay down $1000 dollars to hold a lease rate with 0 down for my buddy,I told them the car wasn't for me and my buddy have to make the decision,Tyler and Rahul said they understand the car was for my buddy and when he comes in I will get my $1000 back on my visa.my buddy came and the he summit the application and they went from 0 DOWNPAYMENT to $1700 and also he had $3000+ in tickets on his plates ,he had to pay this before he pick up the car.my buddy told the sale guy Tyler he could afford it and because he was planning to get the 0 down payment and Tyler said ok. I been trying to get by DOWNPAYMENT ,for 3 weeks Rahul keep giving me the run around.i told him today I had enough and I want my money,he and general manager,I think his name is Iqbal told me me am not getting my DOWNPAYMENT back and to leave there dealership or they going to call the cops which they did. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.RAHUL AND TYLER SAID I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK ONCE MY BUDDY COMES IN.AN THEY KNEW I WAS TRYING TO HELP A BUDDDY.I ALSO SENT THEM 2 OTHER CUSTOMERS TO BUY THE NISSAN ROGUE. WHERE IS THE THANK YOU!!!!! THE GENERAL MANAGER IQBAL IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL,HE SAID HE KNOW ALL ABOUT WHATS GOING ON AND HE IS NOT GIVING ME BACK MY MONEY AND HE CALL THE COPS ,SAYING HE IS GOING TO GE THE COPS ESCORT ME OUT HIS DEALERSHIP, BUT THEY TAKE MY MONEY AND I BROUGHT 2 CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE CARS THEY WERE ALL HAPPY .... Unethical Sales Methods and Very Inferior Customer Service I received from that dealership poor and very inferior customer service. It happened between August and September of 2015. The initially establishe I received from that dealership poor and very inferior customer service. It happened between August and September of 2015. The initially established purchase conditions were ignored without previous notification. The car came equipped with accessories that I didn’t order or had asked to be removed in an earlier negotiation process. I was misled, deceived and overcharged. I asked for a detailed price breakdown but my numerous emails and phone messages were ignored. I also experienced very unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour from some of the staff. I thought that time would erase the bad taste from my mouth. Unfortunately, as I still have serious doubts about the deal I unwittingly made, my feelings about that place and my dissatisfaction are constantly worsening. As I have never received a proper explanation I feel manipulated and hoodwinked. Nissan is a globally reputed brand. I would expect a smooth and exemplary purchase process rather then a shady third hand used car trade experience. More

Worst service ever They treat you amazing until the deal is done then you're non existent. They do not return calls or emails. The girls at reception are rude. The finance manager promises you things but never follows thru. Absolutely horrible. It took over 2 weeks to pick up a car that they already had on the lot. When I purchased a car with Kia I bought it Friday and picked it up the Monday. I will never ever purchase from this place again. More
