I received an instant Trade In value from Auto Trader where the vehicle was listed by the dealership, but when I asked about a trade in appraisal based on the instant value offer he asked for more detailed information on my trade which I provided for him. I then had to follow up with him as he did not reply after receiving all the information I provided that he requested. When I called him again to discuss the purchase financial details he told me he would call me back in 45 minutes with all the details BUT he never called back. This experience was a total waste of my time and efforts. Will never deal with this dealership again and recommend no one else does either! More

I am being terrible harassed by the dealership 401 Nissan I traded my 2015 Nissan Versa in 2019 the transaction was cleared after Nissan charging me an amount , after 2 yrs I am getting a letter from the co I traded my 2015 Nissan Versa in 2019 the transaction was cleared after Nissan charging me an amount , after 2 yrs I am getting a letter from the collection agency that I have to pay an amount of $4645.97. I visited the dealership twice and met a manager by the name of Salma Khan who has no time to talk and since past more than a month she has not cleared my issue I have also marked a copy of all my email conversations to the manager Ali Raza but seems they are not interested in retaining their customers in fact this had been a nightmare for me as the matter going to collection agency hits my credit. If the matter is not cleared I will report this to Omvic. More
Terrible customer service. They had my truck for 2 months waiting for a part. I could never get a hold of anyone in service. Finally reached out to General Manager then Service Manager. I asked, not offered, for at least a car detailing as I waited so long. Of course, my truck took an extra day because they were busy with others. Promises always broken More
Four appoints to have a Technical Service Bulletin issue on my Nissan Rogue addressed. The first visit Dixie Nissan denied there was a problem, stated they checked for TSBs and found nothing. I wasn't convinced and did my own research, found the TSB and printed it out for them. They said that they had located the TSB and were going to get back to me? Second visit to diagnose the problem, I thought that's what the first visit was for. Third visit appointment was made, I show up Dixie Nissan tells me they won't be able to keep the appointment and send me home. Each time I needed to drop off the vehicle was a huge inconvenience, a lot of schedules being altered for drop offs and pick ups. I am told numerous times Waqas, the service manager, will contact me.....I'm still waiting for the call. By the way, no one in the service department answers the phone. All in all, a horrible experience. More
