The communication between customer and dealerships is terrible and while you are there yup feel like they are doing you a favour by helping you. We will never purchase a Nissan vehicle again and will for sure tell all of our friends and family about the terrible experience we received. We also tried to contact either the manager or owner or dealerships and after being on hold forever were told they will call us back and 4 days later we are still waiting for a call. Very very disappointed More

Worst car purchasing experience ever I bought a new 2017 Rogue from them and as part of the sales agreement it was supposed to come with winter tires and a trailer hitch. After agreeing I bought a new 2017 Rogue from them and as part of the sales agreement it was supposed to come with winter tires and a trailer hitch. After agreeing to the price they tried to deliver the winter tires not on rims. I caught this mistake and they rectified it but they never installed the TPMS sensors. They claim they were unable to obtain a trailer hitch when they delivered a vehicle and said they would install it at a later date. However several months went buy and not a single email I wrote to my sales representative to resolve this issue was ever returned. Eventually after numerous email conversations with her sales manager I was shipped a trailer hitch in a box but they removed all the electrical harness components and substituted an empty box of "Nissan Brake Cleaner" instead. I would certainly warn any potential customer to find a more reputable dealer, even if it costs them a little more money for the car, or better yet purchase a vehicle from one of these awful "curbers" they keep warning us about ;-) More
