I was looking out to buy a Rogue and had a very good buying experience. Olympio just made it so easy for me to take a decision as he took time to explain me in detail the pros and cons. From the time I signed the papers, he ensured the car is ready is no time and absolutely no hassles on handing over the car. The entire Nissan team who I dealt with including Ms. Dale, Mr Olympio is committed to service and their job is commendable. More

I am a happy camper most of the times but cannot afford blatant lies. Need a responsible head here. the sales guy was nice & courteous but had limited ability & power to perform. i am being honest & would like to see these people do a better job. good luck & god bless ! Cheat on all-in price, mislead consumer, threaten consumer On June 12, 2017, as a walk-in consumer, I was interested in Nissan Versa Note sv 2017. After a test drive, we started to negotiate the price. The sales stuff, Mr. Yung Hsiang Lien, told me the all-in price for this car was over $24000. I told him that's far above my budget, my budget was $19000-$20000. After he talked with his manager, he came back with $22945 for cash and $20900 if finance. I asked him was there any cash discount, he said no. But he can offer me his employee discount, $1500 off the price, which was a specific price advantage for me, and he only can use this employee discount once per year. I told him this price was still too much, then he went to his manager's room again and told me the best price they can offer was $21250 for cash, no more discount, but they can give me some valuable safety package, and it's the last day for this free package. It was 8:20pm at that time, the sales manager, Mr. Rahul Puri, told me I need to make a decision and sign this agreement to purchase in 20 minute since the dealer stop working at 8:40pm. Under his heavy pressure, I signed the agreement to purchase and agreed to sign the contract next day. But when I was back home, I checked the Nissan.ca, there's $1500 cash discount for the vehicle and the total price was $18505 for cash, which would be $20900 tax included. The Dealer sold this vehicle to me for $350 above the advertised selling price. Then I went to argue with Mr. Rahul Puri, he threatened me to purchase the vehicle otherwise they would suit me and I need to pay the law suit fee, which would be much more expensive than the car. I went to the General Manager, Mr. Sohail Iqbal for help. He said I have two options: 1) he forced the deal, I should pay in full price. 2) he gave me another $500 off the price. I told him I want to cancel the contract and got my full refund since I was subjected to an unfair practice. He said that's impossible. Then I told him I'd tell CBC gopublic and he got angry and force us to get out of his place. Now I've filed a complaint with OMVIC. They are fooling consumers and pushing them to buy a vehicle in a far higher price. This is contrary to sub section 36(7) of Regulation 333/08, as well as sections 4 and 9 of the Code of Ethics. I'd like to let more consumers know this and urge to be careful when dealers ask for deposits. More
