Poor Service I am very disappointed with the service department, probably the receptionist there I should say. I booked an appointment 1 day earlier for getting m I am very disappointed with the service department, probably the receptionist there I should say. I booked an appointment 1 day earlier for getting my car checked (some warranty issue), i was never told that it would take awhile. The next day before my appointment at 5 pm, i called in the morning to reconfirm. again, nothing was mentioned except "see you later". I arrived at about 5pm on the day, when I got my turn to check in, i was asked if possible to re-schedule it for the next time as it would take sometimes for a diagnosis and they will close soon. REALLY??? there's a reason why I booked earlier and no one could have called me to inform me before I went there?? they had the whole day! not until I showed up then told me that! and when I complaint, all she said was: "I did not book appointment, there's somebody else". REALLY??? I ended up going to another dealership with so much better service!!! More
