Bad finance department Without any description of the price of the car (including the total price, warranty and how much it would come to after tax), the person in charge of Without any description of the price of the car (including the total price, warranty and how much it would come to after tax), the person in charge of the financing for our car made us sign the paper. Later on, when we found out that he charged us more than he showed us before, we asked him to cancel our purchase because he hadn’t informed us of the total price of the car and he responded by yelling and insisting that since we signed that we had to pay and didn’t even offer a cancelation fee. After negotiating with him, he charged us $300 to cancel the purchase without any proof of the cancelation on paper. I believe that as a customer looking to buy from this dealership that I was not supposed to be treated in that manner. More
