Very unprofessional service centre Service department here is nothing but a disaster unit. Stepped into the centre at 9.58am for a scheduled oil change and finally done at 12.35pm. Thin Service department here is nothing but a disaster unit. Stepped into the centre at 9.58am for a scheduled oil change and finally done at 12.35pm. Things happened in between are worth to describe. Upon arrival service consultant told me that service will take between 60-90 minutes to complete. After handing over the key to service consultant while I was waiting at the customer lounge there was a paging for me to remove my car from where it was parked. While brought this matter to service consultant she was wondered how come customer service page while the keys are with the service consultant. While talking to my service consultant I heard the other consultant sitting besides her calling a maintenance staffs in a very orderly manner and speaks to him in the same manner. I am a supervisor to a firm where I don't treat my employees in this manner at all. Later I heard this same consultant talking to a customer at the lounge that maintenance staff working on her car's switch or whatever. If you don't know what part exactly they working on how you became a service consultant? Also the customer besides me was assured that whole service on his vehicle has been done and he will get his vehicle within 20 minutes after the wash and I saw that he waited another 45 minutes after. No respect for time of others at all . ofcourse not when an oil change can take more than 2.5 hours what else can expect. I will never ever recommend this service centre to anyone when we all live in a world of customer is the king and this centre not at all cares about that. More

Very poor management. I went in for an oil change and tire swap. I am a regular customer and i drive a 350z. They ruined all 4 of my rims during the tire swap and agree I went in for an oil change and tire swap. I am a regular customer and i drive a 350z. They ruined all 4 of my rims during the tire swap and agreed to refinish them which im still waiting to get done. To add insult to injury, ive been going to the dealership every week(3times already)the first time they scheduled to fix my rims, i showed up on a friday morning AFTER MY NIGHT DUTY at work and apparently the front desk guy didnt know how to handle this issue; i was sent back home. 2nd time: i spoke to the Manager Michael Corbett and he said someone will get back to me shortly and the people that rescheduled it did not know this refinishing is not done at the dealership and due to miscommunication i was sent back again. 3rd time: i showed up the 3rd time and they say this service is a whole day task. Never informed me that if i dropped off the car at 8am, i can only get it back by 4pm. How am i supposed to get to work if i leave my car with them ? Shouldn't they let me know how long the service would take? Shouldnt they consider people have lives and jobs ? No loaner cars ? No customer satisfaction? Mind you, this confusion is all because THEY SCRAPED MY RIMS!!!! More
