The process is simple but your sales finance manager at this dealership may sell you many of things that you do not actually need. I did not know much about cars and what did I really need, and unfortunately went alone here. I ended up buying a Nissan Sentra 2016 demo with 16000Kms at $15500 in June 2017, but I was sold as many useless additions that with interest on the top, I ended up buying a $15500 worth car at $28000. I owe the bank $28000 for a car with an actual market value of $15500. And with every kilometer, the value drops further dramatically, ofc. Good luck with your experience! Update 3: Make sure to take a picture of or note down the VIN number of the car you test drive. It may be possible that you test drive one car and be sold another car from their long parked inventory. Especially if you do not know much about cars. The VIN number is on the bottom of the front windshield and it is very OK to take a picture of or note it down. Ask the salesman to show it to you. There is no legal problem at all with noting it down or taking a picture of. It is your right to make sure you get the car you test drive and not be cheated. Initial review: I bought my 2016 Nissan Sentra in June 2017, unfortunately, from this location. After the deal is done, each time I tried to contact them back, they were busy, or on another call, or with another customer. I made more than 4 calls for one month to reach Kashif, my finance manager in this dealership, to ask him a question I had on my sales documents, but couldn't reach him. One day, finally, I called them and despite being sent to full or unset-up mailboxes, I kept calling more than 7 times back to back until they felt fed up and directed me to an actual person titled 'a sales manager' who declared in the first place that he was with another customer and could not give me enough time and I should hurry to say what I had to. I told him how frustrating I felt all those long time not being able to get connected with my finance manager to ask him a question I had on my sales documents that would actually take 2 minutes to answer 'Yes, you can' or 'No, you can not.' The 'manager' said 'sorry' however, did say that I was incorrect and they did not have any unset-up mailboxes. Today, not learning from my previous lessons, I came again here on an appointment of 12:30 PM to have my winter tires installed, and get a dashboard indicator problem fixed. After almost 4 hours, at around 4:15, I reached the service desk asking what is going on with my car back there, and I was told I had to wait another one and half hours because their machine had broken down and they had to go back and forth to fix it. Are you serious? Why did not you inform me about this? By the way, why would I care about your fail management of your machines and equipments. Why should I wait hours here and pay for your fail management of the dealership? Why? It is 5:27 now and I am still not clear when I will be out of this ****. This is the last mistake I made coming to this dealership. NEVER AGAIN. Update 2: I got out now, at 6 PM. Michael, their mechanic who worked on my car told me he only needed less than half an hour to check the problem on my indicator issue. And ofc it takes about an hour to install the winter tires and do the alignment. So all together, my car needed actually about one and half hours. While I was forced to wait for 5 hours. And that is when I came by appointment. Unbelievable. More

Service and replacements I am really disappointed with Nissan. The first time I went to do the service, they changed my front stirring wheel joint and the muffler for 1050$, s I am really disappointed with Nissan. The first time I went to do the service, they changed my front stirring wheel joint and the muffler for 1050$, saying that it was a safety issue and also the noise I was telling them about came apparently from the "broken" muffler. After they did that, my stirring wheel is vibrating and the noise is still there. I called them and they said they will check it on their cost. When I went there, the lady who did the appointment with me wasn't there and the other person who helped me out said that my car isn't even registered for an appointment! I went back gave the car and they gave me the car back by noon, saying all the works are done and the car is ready now. IT WAS THE SAME! And also this time they said I have to change my rear break shoes for approximately $870+tax. I came to an other Garage (not nissan) based on my friends recommendation. He just showed me the rear breaks and said they are good for an other 70'000km. All he has to do is clean and do the fuel injection cleaning as well. Even if I had to change the rear break shoes, it would cost me only $250+tax (rear break shoes and injection cleaning). This is it. I love to give people chances but Nissan messed it up and also rips me off! For me this is just a smart way to rip people off. NO MORE! More

From the moment I walked in to 401 Dixie-Nissan until I took 'final' possession of my beautiful Rogue SVTecj AWD, everyone from the nice person who first greeted when I came in (so sorry I cannot remember your name but you were very helpful in getting me looked after so quickly) through the whole process - you were all so awesome (& extremely patient). I am particularly impressed with the delivery method - what an amazing job of taking you through the features of your new car & how they work - incredibly helpful given how much tech is involved in new cars these days - definitely gives an additional comfort level and saves having to sit in the parking lot & do a quick read of the manual for the basic operations of those features. Love my car and have already recommended your dealership several times over. I found everyone there friendly, helpful and really knows their stuff. Thank you again - so much - and if missed anyone - my apologies More
