Consistent, friendly service and maintenance done right. I've been coming to 401-Dixie Nissan for over 17 years for my 3 Nissan cars and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. If somethin I've been coming to 401-Dixie Nissan for over 17 years for my 3 Nissan cars and I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. If something wasn't quite right after a service visit, they apologized, fixed it immediately, no questions asked, usually no cost too. They've never talked down to me, service agents are friendly, polite and explain what has to be done, and it's done in a timely fashion. They will even point out things that need to be monitored, but may not need to be done right away. It's always a good experience and I'm very satisfied with their work. More

Jay was very professional and devoted time to help us in explaining all the features and was very patient to make us understand. Adil was very calm and professional in helping with our Extended warranties, and necessary vehicle protections and financial dealings. The whole experience of purchasing our Murano was very stress free because of their excellent customer service. The best part was they both understood the need of the customer and acted accordingly. Manager Zubair helped to finalize the deal in a very professional manner. Keep it up guys ! More
Very poor service and cheap parts I have nissan murano 2017 platinum and within 2 yrs have faced so many issues with it . Within first year my car front seat heat motors blew up And in few months seat belt latch was broken what a poor ppastic quality they used to sell this 50k car to me. Car seats which was suppose to be commfy now making so much screeching sound and itritates alot After going to 401 dixi service and informing them so many times they say its just wear and tear I believe i have 3 yr full warranty thats what the sale pitch was when i was buying the 50k top model of murano and wihtin 2 yrs comeon such cheap and poor service. I wish manager get touch with me and resolve the issue More

The Pre-Owned Sales Manager Zubair was very personable / helpful in finalizing & putting the deal together with Jameel. Rahul explained the ins and outs of the financial side of the transaction and explaining the extended warranty and other options open to us.
