This place has been an absolute nightmare from start to (hopefully sometime) finish. Placed a deposit on a bmw x5 they had in order to hold it as I am 2 hours away and didn't want to waste a trip to find (hopefully sometime) finish. Placed a deposit on a bmw x5 they had in order to hold it as I am 2 hours away and didn't want to waste a trip to find out it had sold (deposits are fully refundable, this is their policy as is standard at most if not all reputable dealers). The very first call I received was unintelligible, they used a cellphone with horrible reception and I could only understand half of what they were trying to communicate. I was able to at least communicate to the salesman the time I was planning on arriving to view the car. An hour before the agreed on time I received another call stating they had another customer interested and asking me what I wanted to do. I again stated that I was still far away and actually running a bit behind. The salesman acted irritated that I somehow wasn't going to be there immediately (earlier than my appointment) and reluctantly agreed to my appointment. I took the 407 to ensure I'd be there as soon as possible, and doing so I was only a few minutes later than my original appointment anyway. We walked in and told the person who greeted us that we had an appointment with Ayman, who then pointed us toward that man and said he's busy and to wait in the lounge. Ok. Now apparently that had no idea who was who because Ayman thought I was the person he was with.... No. When he did figure it out he brought us to his desk in typical fashion and started his routine. We had no interest in the used car salesman act, we knew what we wanted and it was to see the car. As he went to get it prepared (he had plenty of time to do this before we arrived) we had full view of the papers on his desk. The "cx50 quiz" that he had notes on was all we needed to see to understand this was no professional. In 2022 if you need to make a note that cvt stands for continuously variable transmission you probably shouldn't be selling cars. But none the less we continued on. I would like to also mention that I put the deposit down in my name and was the sole contact, but when dealing with the salesman he looked to the person he assumed was the father and focused there instead of the person whose information he had. All things considered we did not have a good feeling about a purchase from this dealership and we decided to walk away and make our purchase at a Pfaff dealer. I asked the salesman for my deposit back and he left for a while then came back to say their financial manager was no longer there so they couldn't do it until Monday (this was Saturday). Fine, no problem. Monday comes, no contact, no deposit refund. I wait until Thursday, still nothing and the car I still have a deposit on is now sold (funny how that works). I call and ask what's going on, after getting the run around I'm told they'll talk to the financial manager and call me back. I get a call back any they tell me I have to now come back in to the dealership (I left this deposit online because I am 2 hours away) in order for them to be able to refund my deposit... Are you serious? I said absolutely not, you expect me to make a 4 hr+ round trip? I'm no stranger to credit card transactions and I'm certain you can make a refund without me present... They said they'll go back and speak to the manager again. Hours pass, no call. I call back asking what's going on. The guy mixes me up with someone else and asks me "what is my decision" I said all I need is my deposit... He then figured out who I was and aid once again he is going to talk to the manager and call me back. Well I've been sitting here typing this out and guess what, no call... All I can say is I am abundantly glad we did not purchase here and we've now purchased multiple vehicles from Pfaff and the treatment is remarkable. At this point they are begging me to file a chargeback, and to be honest selling the car whilst still holding my deposit has the break policy for sure if not more. I gave them a chance, and let me tell you I recommend you steer clear and don't get trapped. More
Gave me a quote for the 2015 Equinox I was trading in online and actually honoured the quote when I went to the Dealership. . Had the car I was test driving warmed up and plated upon my arrival. They will run a soft credit check on your while you are test driving a car. Will charge a $1500 documentation fee and try to make a 15k car into a 35k purchase. Absolutely repulsive and demoralized individ test driving a car. Will charge a $1500 documentation fee and try to make a 15k car into a 35k purchase. Absolutely repulsive and demoralized individuals. Used Mazda CX-5 Purchase: Be prepared to spend another at least $1000 to make the vehicle safe to drive. But they say it is safety certified. Don't want to believe them! Problems: *They say the vehicle i least $1000 to make the vehicle safe to drive. But they say it is safety certified. Don't want to believe them! Problems: *They say the vehicle is safety certified. But I don't believe them. The tires are not even good enough to drive on the freeway. Test drive was fine but getting humming noise from the tires after taking delivery. They don't care about our concern. *Forcing us to go for rust proof. If you don't take the rust proof package then you will face some consequences for sure. *Looks like single person's used car dealership, doesn't looks like Mazda dealership. *No detailing done *No professionalism *No respect for our time *No respect to customer once the deal is signed My concerns are still no addressed!!! They try to pull out our hard earned money!!! More

RUN RUN RUN. DO NOT ENTER, DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE JUST LEAVE. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE FEMALE GENDER, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. My mother was treated with disrespect, the reason? Because she’s not the LEAVE. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE FEMALE GENDER, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. My mother was treated with disrespect, the reason? Because she’s not the type of person to get ripped off. Tried to tell her brakes and tires were bad on a brand new car. THE STAFF MADE DEROGATORY REMARKS TO HER FIANCÉ (in front of him). Surrounded him and threatened to physically harm him. This review should not reflect negatively on Mazda, but Dixie Mazda for sure. The staff are nothing but scam artists who will suck every penny they can from you. If anyone from Dixie Mazda is reading this, you should make this right. THE LAYWER HAS BEEN CONTACTED. WHAT U ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL AND WE HAVE THE MONEY TO WATCH THIS PLAY OUT. YOUR CHOICE. To the man who calls himself the face of Mazda, (Ken? Maybe not sure). YOU WILL BE OUT OF A JOB SOON SIR. I HOPE YOU ROT IN H*LL FOR THE WAY YOU TREAT WOMEN. DISGUSTING, I WONDER WHAT YOUR MOTHER WOULD THINK YOU WORTHLESS SNAKE. More

AVOID This Dealership! Was sold a 2018 "No Accidents" AVOID This Dealership! Was sold a 2018 "No Accidents" car that ended up having a bunch of paintwork and looking terrible in the sun. Getting in tou AVOID This Dealership! Was sold a 2018 "No Accidents" car that ended up having a bunch of paintwork and looking terrible in the sun. Getting in touch has been difficult. Good luck getting a call back. I wish I read the dealership reviews more thoroughly before buying. I am not the first person where "Clean carfax" = unknown rework / repaint. Now I am stuck with a car that looks dumb and I regret buying. No recourse. Looking to save some money on a deal at Dixie? My god it is not worth it. Just buy a Honda and don't look back. More
Bad Service team,Unprofessional work!!Love the new Bad Service team, Unprofessional work!! Love the new cars design and interior , would buy a Mazda but not after this first service visit, I wouldn Bad Service team, Unprofessional work!! Love the new cars design and interior , would buy a Mazda but not after this first service visit, I wouldn’t ever come back or even considering buying a Mazda due to their unprofessional treatment with my car. Had a tire leak, called in to book an appointment. After nearly 2.5hrs, they said the repaired is done. Got back my car, found my floor mat was very dirty, covered with dirt and oil, also the door and panel of the driver side was dirty and could of been scratched up due to their carelessness dirty boot and footing when entering the car. My rim was also damaged, found an inch long chip damaged to the wheel rim finished coating also the replacement valve stem didn’t fit nicely like the other wheels, the part was not the matching part. When I checked the tire pressure it was 42 psi should of be 32psi. My over all first experiences warned me to not trust this unprofessional dealership service department and hence I may never buy a Mazda ever. More
This is the worst dealership I have ever encountered and would not recommend them to anyone. They are unprofessional, provide inaccurate information and then tried to dispute. I was actually afraid to write would not recommend them to anyone. They are unprofessional, provide inaccurate information and then tried to dispute. I was actually afraid to write this review for fear of repercussions (after all they collect loads of personal data when you are purchasing a vehicle) I was supposed to pick up my new CX5 at 9.am in the morning ( August, 2020) but the dealership did not get the vehicle ready until 12.00 noon. At 9.00am, I was told that they had to wash the vehicle because it was sitting outside for a few months. Then I was told that the sales manager was in a meeting - no respect for my time. The sales manager tried to sell me extended warranty from a 3rd party as opposed to a Mazda warranty! Perhaps they make more money selling a non Mazda warranty. He was quite upset and unpleasant when I refused the 3rd party warranty (did not hesitate to show his temper). We signed the necessary paperwork and left the dealership at 2.00pm ( it took 5 hrs to pick up my vehicle). Unacceptable!!! My CX5 was dirty even though I was told that it was washed plus there was a strong odour of oil in the vehicle. So disappointing after spending close to $50k More
