Although I ended up returning to my local dealership due to price point (being a student, cost is number one), I must say I was incredibly impressed with the personal, professional service I received at 401 Dixie. Far, my salesperson, worked extremely hard for 4 HOURS trying to find ways to push the price lower for me, bringing in managers Sky and Robert for assistance, clarification and ideas. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and took a lot of initiative making sure my needs were met before I even thought of asking for anything (e.g. water, coffee). The rest of the team were the same. While the staff appear to enjoy working at the location and with each other, high quality professionalism is maintained at all times. I very nearly ended up buying a quality used car here instead of the new car I was set on purchasing because I felt well taken-care of and I wanted to reward them for all their time, work and service. At any rate, I bought my new Kia elsewhere and I am loving it. I am hoping to stop by for service here in the future as I hear very good things about their service department and I would love to bring my business here when possible. Right away I knew that this person was attentive to my needs and requests and that I should definitely go in and have a chat. Sunil was very accommodating to my hectic schedule and also provided some entertainment to my family (consisting of 2 kids and a wife) via Sky Spiers. Sky took the liberty in making sure that my family was taken care of and not bored while I dealt with Sunil in a possible vehicle purchase. Thank you very much Sky!
