I arrived at the dealership feeling nervous, having had my (much loved) Kia Soul wrecked out from under me a couple of days before, and not really knowing how I would afford a replacement. Amit took the situation in hand, setting me at ease and showing me a number of potential solutions. In addition, Business Manager Rob McFarlane pointed out the fact that, when I purchased the Kia Soul, I had also purchased a product called GAP, (Guaranteed Asset Protection) which I had forgotten about! It covered the difference between what my Insurance Company were prepared to give me and what the Finance Company expected me to give them. Within a short period of time, and with the help of Amit and Rob, I was able to purchase a 2014 Kia Rondo, with which I am very Happy. Thank you Dixie Kia, and especially Amit and Rob!! More
