Awesome Experience w/ Violet + Darryl at 401/Dixie Hyundai My experience at 401/Dixie Hyundai was pretty much as excellent as I could've possibly hoped for when buying a car. I called in and talked to Mari My experience at 401/Dixie Hyundai was pretty much as excellent as I could've possibly hoped for when buying a car. I called in and talked to Maria over the phone to verify some information about the car and confirm it was still there. She was very pleasant and very helpful. Her shift was ending and when I mentioned to her that I was thinking of coming in that night, she did not hesitate to recommend another sales person for me to speak with. There was absolutely no pressure at all from her to have me come in to deal with her. My convenience was prioritized. Off to a good start. When I went in I dealt with Violet, and I don't think I could've asked for a better sales person. Violet's demeanour was professional and friendly, and she immediately made me feel very comfortable dealing with her. She was honest, and very attentive. At no point did I feel like we were just going through the motions to try and get me out the door with the car. When I had questions about the vehicle, if for any reason she didn't know the answer, she didn't hesitate to run out to the garage to find out. This is not the experience I've had at all dealerships or with all sales people. Throughout the entire process, from walking in the door to driving off the lot after having picked up my car, Violet was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I could not recommend her more. For the negotiations part, Darryl was the sales manager that I negotiated with. He didn't stay hidden in his office like many often do, using Violet as an intermediary the entire time, but instead came out to speak with me personally and to introduce himself. He's a really nice guy and exceptionally professional. After a few rounds of offers and counter-offers, we were able to agree on a price that I was very happy with, and Darryl definitely made the negotiation process enjoyable. Also, Darryl's dog is gorgeous. Potentially getting to meet her is worth considering 401/Dixie in and of itself. I really can't emphasize enough how friendly and professional Violet and Darryl were, or how happy I was with the experience, the car I walked away with, and the price I paid for it. I would be very comfortable recommending 401/Dixie to any of my friends or family that was in the market for a car. So many thanks to those two for all their help! More

It was the Thursday night before Good Friday, Anna Mazzei took my call and like always, made an appointment for my vehicle for Saturday am. Noel did the diagnostic and gave me the bad news. The car was not fit to drive. The list is too long and involved for me to describe. Anna arranged for a rental, at no charge to myself. I could see that Anna could feel my pain. Anna and Jody made a few phone calls to Hyundai Canada, pleading my case, that I am a valued Hyundai customer, as this is the third vehicle that I have purchased and maintained at 401 dixie Hyundai. Hyundai Canada agreed to cover a portion of the computer replacement. Anna and Jody (and all of the service advisors) always treat me like family, going over and above, keeping me coming back. More

I visited other dealerships,explaining my concerns , being under a tight time line, stating i do not want too waste their valuable time ,or my own ,. Some were playing the typical game .buying a new vehicle. There were two dealerships that are much closer to where i live, which offered me their best price. Conveying to the sales personal, i only requested their best price, due to the tight time constraint Yet they lacked understanding their potential customer needs ,requirements. Additionally, researching on the internet, some of these other locations, the after sales and service are just not the same as Dixie Hyundai. Under a tight time frame ,and with in 15 minutes Jordan along with Sales consultant Kang Wei understood all the requirements I was looking for in buying my new Santa Fe. With in ten minutes after leaving the dealership, I received a phone call stating they would meet my needs and agreed price. The customer service was excellent from both of these individuals ,as other staff I met during our visit . I was not just looking for a new car, but a place to have my car serviced properly, fairly with ou the horror stories you here . I definitely would recommend and purchase a another new car from Dixie Hyundai Patrick D. More

Three in 12 but NO MORE HYUNDAI FOR ME!!!! I have purchased three hyundai's in the past ten years, and until last November, was pleased with the performance and service experiences from the Gue I have purchased three hyundai's in the past ten years, and until last November, was pleased with the performance and service experiences from the Guelph dealership. Having moved to Mississauga, it was time to find a local dealer for my continued service, especially as I was having trouble starting my 2012 Santa Fe Sport. Intermittently - not always, it does not turn over until I turn the key at least three times. Four out of about seven starts, are fine. I visited the Dixie 401 Dealership to have the problem rectified on October 28, December 1, December 4, and again on December 15th. As the problem could not be diagnosed by the computer, one of the technicians suggested that I was "starting the car incorrectly" or doing "something wrong". Don't think the technique has changed during my 45 years of driving - except for the push button start which the vehicle does not have. I asked to speak with the service manager but was informed he was busy and could not be disturbed. When I asked how I could get the problem fixed, the service advisor suggested I try another dealership. On my last visit, I complained that while they were attempting to repair /analyze the problem, the lever to open the hood had been broken off. I was told the parts department was moving and they would call me when the lever was available. (No I cannot top up windshield washer fluid!) March 15, 2016 - I still have not heard about the lever, the car continues to have difficulty turning over on a frequent basis, and the service department is too busy to answer my call today. Hopefully, someone will respond to this review with an installation date for my hood lever, if not an answer to the starting difficulties I am experiencing. I still had questions and Jordan ensured that each one was answered fully. An ever changing pick up date was accommodated and the lease process was great. On the day of pick up, Jordan should not have been at the dealership, but he was, and he did the handover, apparently not something he usually does, but he was my contact and he did a great job going over the vehicle controls. Then....... Before I left the dealership, it was noticed the engine coolant was leaking, not impressed by that BUT, who could have foreseen that happening? It should have been maybe! It happened, what surprised me is the swift manner in which the issue was resolved. Like a well oiled cog, my car was in the workshop, it was investigated and the faulty part replaced within an hour. proving things do not always go as planned, but its how it is dealt with that matters and the dealership came through with speed to get the issue resolved. All were apologetic, Jordan had to run an errand, but maintained contact with me throughout by text and returned to the dealership to ensure it was resolved More

The service was amazing, they were all so nice and welcoming regard So I was a car contest winner and this was the dealership I picked up my car from. The service was amazing, they were all so nice and welcoming regardless of the fact I was just picking up a free car. They went far and beyond my expectation, Drew was so nice and accommodating to the point he went out of his way to take care of some financial responsibilities which made me so grateful. Brian was so informative and he gave me all the knowledge I needed to know about my car which made me feel well prepared to use my car;Anna was so welcoming , all in all a wonderful experience. I highly recommend you purchase your car from this dealership, I did my research on where to go pick up my car and they did not disappoint me at all. An amazing experience. More
