By suggesting that I submit anew insurance claim for the unfortunate shattering of my sunroof, Cheyenne saved me almost $2000! She followed my claim to ensure that both the insurance company and myself were well informed of my vehicle's service progress. I've been to several Hyundai dealerships and none compare to the service I received from Cheyenne. Her knowledgeable and friendly demeanor make Cheyenne very pleasant and, as a result, I will definitely be back for future vehicle services. More
Absolutely not worth the reputation With use of this site I tried to book a time with their THE most reviewed sales person (I believe the name was Maria), which I explicitly asked to ta With use of this site I tried to book a time with their THE most reviewed sales person (I believe the name was Maria), which I explicitly asked to talked to her. Let's call this first person papa_pig#1 (for those who have kids and go through every day life with these cartoons) After sending the request someone (papa_pig#2) emailed me back and promised that my request will be forwarded to a knowledgeable person. Another Maria (papa_pig#3) emailed me and I decided to go over at the time, hopeful I could see the original Maria (papa_pig#1). However, when I got there on time, papa_pig#3 told me that she is not a sales person and will find "an available knowledgeable person" to help me. As you guessed correctly I ended up sitting in front of papa_pig#4 who was terrible and I was mostly the one showing him available cars from their website. In one instance, he actually tried to get my signature for some forms that I didn't want. I had to cancel and raise my voice that this is not ethical dude!!! After all of the back and forth with this guy here brought his manager to see if he can do something to get an agreement. This new papa pig, however, not only didn't fix these issues but he was as rude as it can get!!! Tried to mock me and showing me that I don't know anything. That my suggested price was funny and all. For good sake! I have business graduate degree with focus on negotiation skills. I was doing quite well, but I couldn't sit there no more so I simply said to papa_pig#5 that sorry to bother all of y'all, I don't want to buy the car from you any more. I left the dealership and I don't think I would go back for my new car. But seriously! If there is a customer who frankly had done his research, don't treat him like idiots. To all papa pigs in this story that work there: be smart!! Although I asked for one person based on this website and ended up to talking to papa_pig#5 instead, If I had been treated well and with respect, I wouldn't be here writing about pap pigs anyway!!! Everything went quickly and smoothly and I just walked in to look and test drive. Everything at this place exceeded my expectations. When I picked up my car they went through everything in and out about my new car and how everything works and were super patient with me again. This place understands the value of a customer and a customers experience. No dealership that I went to was anything like this! More
