Jody Clarke assured me that he would do everything possible to locate the problem and resolve it and even called me personally to explain everything in detail. Smooth transition from initial visit, to negotiating price, to seeing another person for financing & the final day of car pick up. Drawback is that had to wait for over an hour even with an appointment on my return visit to purchase a vehicle. Almost an hour and a half. Wish the price was negotiated down further. Within a 5 minute conversation, I realized she is nothing short of an amazing individual.
