Simply amazing I went on Friday ( without an appointment) because my oil light came on, first time it happened in 6 years. I had my children in the car and was worried that something could happened. Mitch took my car and had a look. He told me that I was a litre short of oil, he topped it up and told me the next time I do an oil change that I should get an oil flush. I made an appointment for the following Monday. I arrived on Monday, and Cheyenne ( please forgive me I pretty sure I spelled her name wrong) was there to greet me. She knew exactly why I was there without explaining anything. But then again, every time I go there they always know what to do. This dealership in my opinion is probably the best I have ever dealt with. They treat you there customers really well. More

Overpriced, employees use tricky language to get your money Prices went up but never let me know. This was the last time i go there. That's what they did with my wife's first visit. They performed service B on a 5000km, brand new car. Charged few hundred. They also sold me the vehicle that i did not need, after two weeks i bought the suv they told me that it is not recomended to put baby seats in the very back(3rd row), meanwhile that's the reason i bought the suv for. I blame the service manager for not making their service package based on the make and your model of the vehicle versus the common packages provided a I blame the service manager for not making their service package based on the make and your model of the vehicle versus the common packages provided at this dealership without client knowing what they are missing as they required maintenance in it. It seems that this dealership happens to provide service packages based on combination of required and suggested maintenance from your vehicle manual vs providing only required maintenance. For example, cabin filter requires to be replace at every 12months/24000km for 2017 hyundai elentra. But they don't provide that in their service package. They charge extra after showing client dirty cabin filter trying to convice client for replacing it. I encurage every hyundai owners who go to this dealership to refer to their vehicle's manual and get only required maintenance rather than provided packages. You may end up voiding your warrannty as all required maintenance isn't done. More

Also, it was nice to have a chat with Greg Klepacz, who was the sales representative at the time of purchase of our Santa Fe. He was always checking our level of satisfaction of our vehicle and quality of services provided to us in 401 Dixie Hyundai. All other staff is also nice. I would recommend 401 Dixie Hyundai to other customers for sure. More
