I had a fantastic experience with 401 Dixie Hyundai from my first step into the showroom at reception to a few days later when I went back in to pick up my car. The last person I dealt with was Tatania Radi my first step into the showroom at reception to a few days later when I went back in to pick up my car. The last person I dealt with was Tatania Radic who was very helpful in answering my final questions about the car and showing me all of the features, putting on my plates and wishing me well on my way. I would certainly recommend 401 Dixie Hyundai to anyone I know that is looking for a car. More

I went there for oil change and tire rotation they charged me for both but they just changed the oil. I caught them and I asked them to give my money back. I will never go back there. Bought a vehicle from this location. I had a terrible experience with this dealership. The salesperson knew we were desperate for a car considering ours had broken down. Everyone involve I had a terrible experience with this dealership. The salesperson knew we were desperate for a car considering ours had broken down. Everyone involved (us included) knew that we were about to overpay for a vehicle in this market. That did not stop the salesperson and the dealership from using some shady negotiation tactics. Despite knowing our budget, they were unwilling to work with us to remove the ridiculous 'admin fee.' Instead they tried to justify the expense with some tire coverage that we didn't want or need. They were also unwilling to budge on the financing rate (which they did when we eventually dealt with financing - more on that in a moment). The worst was they did the shady key-pulling technique- where another salesperson comes and loudly asks for the keys to the car we're looking at to push a false sense of urgency. It was gross and disappointing. We finally ended up getting the car after a lot of negotiating. When we came to pick up and deal with the financing, there was an endless amount of trying to upsell us with extended car warranty, winter tires, some other miscellaneous coverage etc. They even magically came back with a better financing rate (of course!) but ONLY IF we extended our term and got their extra coverages. We politely declined over and over and over again. We patiently waited for almost 3 hours for something that should have taken 30 minutes maximum. Once they realized that we would not budge on the extras, they stopped caring about us. They tried to rush us through the details of our new vehicle and made it seem like they didn't want us around. But of course, the customer can take a hike once the sale is completed, right? If we weren't in a difficult spot and needed a vehicle immediately, I would have left the showroom moments after they tried the key-pulling technique and never returned. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone unless they had zero options... Cue the incoming generic response...."As you can hopefully see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards. More
