January 4, 2024 When I was driving my car my battery light came up. I called the dealer and asked them if I can bring the car the same day, the dealer said they cannot do anything, and scheduled me the light came up. I was driving home when the car suddenly stopped at the middle of the road. I called a towing company to bring the car to the dealer I was informed by the dealer that this was not a common issue. However looking at the Palisade forum, the alternator problem is a common problem and it makes the car stop while driving since the battery cannot handle the power. Hyundai should recall this alternator since this is a problem that might cause an accident. There are no great concern from the dealer with this issue, which can cause an accident if the car stops at the middle of the road. Alternator was replace, which is under warranty. This shoud not be a recall. January 14, 2024 I was driving my car and all the warning light came up, I brought the car in the morning of January 16 to the dealer to avoid the previous incident. The technician took picture of the dash with the warning lights on. Around 12 P.M. I got a call that car is ready and they said that they cannot find the problem, and In the form I was asked to monitor the car. When I took my car, the warning lights came out again on my way home. Hyundai 401 did not resolved the issue and told me that it is safe to drive the car even with the warning lights and safety lights are on. When this happen, all the safety warning are being disablled, it is like driving a regular car. The worry that I have if this car will suddenly stop at the middle of the road because all the warning lights are on. In Hyundai forum, this is a common issue with the 2021 Palisade, and Hyndai is not providing any resolution. Totally disappointed with the service and lack of urgency to inform costumer regarding common issue. More

Today I left voicemail messages for two different individuals in service at 3:30pm and as of their closing I have still not heard from either person. Last week I opened a case with Hyundai Corporate regarding my last experience. Perhaps it is time to talk to the Dealer principal. More
