Ben was a good guy to work work with as well and things went smoothly. However, my experience with Darryl was a lot different. I was promised my car in 5 days, it took over a week (with no status update). I was told I would get a cheque for my old vehicle, when I came to pickup my new car they made some excuse and said they had mail it to me. My snow tires which were supposed to be on the car when I picked up, they gave me an excuse they ordered it late because they needed the vin (which they gave to me after we came to an agreement, next day), then they said the tires were back ordered. It seemed like whatever Darryl said was the exact opposite. More
