It's very comforting to have that familiarity and trust. Jody is always the consumate professional with a big smile and a "can do" attitude. Long after the joy of a "new car" has worn off, seeing Jody would be the main reason I would still come to Hyundai. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a new team member, Dalano.
