First and Last Stop I had just gotten my G2 and was DYING for my own wheels. I decided to stop by 401 Dixie Hyundai, on a Tuesday night after work, just to look around a I had just gotten my G2 and was DYING for my own wheels. I decided to stop by 401 Dixie Hyundai, on a Tuesday night after work, just to look around and see what they had. I had actually planned to go look at a Tucson in Oakville on Saturday but went to 401 Dixie Hyundai just to see one up close. When my parents and I pulled in, Violet came out within 5mins to assist us. She was friendly and was very knowledgeable about their inventory. She found me two Tucsons; One was a 2012 (same as the one I was going to Oakville to see) and the other was a 2014 Limited edition. Upon sitting in both cars I liked the 2012, but after test driving both of them I completely fell in LOVE with the 2014!! My parents and I left that night to think about both cars. I decided Wednesday that I was going to get the 2014 Limited Edition because it just felt right! So Thursday night my parents and went back, signed some papers and was informed that I could pick my baby up first thing Saturday morning!! (which, honestly, could not come fast enough!) On a VERY snowy Saturday morning I signed the final papers, was handed my keys, given the run down of the different features in my Tucson, and with a final hand shake and a smile I was on my way! I was beyond excited as I drove my New 2014 Hyundai Tucson off the lot. Thank you to everyone that helped me and made my experience at 401 Dixie Hyundai an amazing one! <3 ps. Great Service Team I've been going to 401-Dixie Hyundai for over a year now and I haven't been let down once. I come all the way from Richmond Hill for their service. I've been going to 401-Dixie Hyundai for over a year now and I haven't been let down once. I come all the way from Richmond Hill for their service. Shelvin, Mitch, and Esteban have always been friendly and welcoming the moment I walk through the door. Always open to answer any questions. I remember one time when I was waiting for the shuttle service and they forgot to notify me that it arrived. Instead of waiting a half hour for the next one, Esteban drove me to work and also had my car washed (exterior only). That was classy service. :) They are also great making sure that servicing doesn't bust the bank, mainly for the 48K service. They suggested I do a partial service to make the payment less brutal. One thing they can do for an added touch is a complimentary exterior car wash but I think I'm being picky. Service pricing is industry average. Can't complain. Overall, It's a great place for your servicing needs! A+++ More
