I was also impressed by the service manager Jody ensured that I was happy when I came in for an oil change and was late. He performed the oil change even though the centre was almost closed. Whenever I come to the dealership I am always greeted with a friendly smile. I have purchased some accessories for my vehicle from the dealership. Not all prices are competitive. This was my first new car purchase and I am very glad that I chose 401 Dixie Hyundai. The honesty and no pressure sales of the employees makes it a comfortable and positive environment to shop in. I had never purchased from this dealer ship before. But I had some service on my previous car which was a 2006 Elantra. All the people that I dealt with at the dealership were so nice to me. They cared about me and made me feel happy for choosing their dealership over any others. From the minute I walked in ,to how I was greeted, to saying Goodbye. I really felt no pressure to buy the car. I know the dealers like to upsell things like extended warranty and extra features. But I expected that so I was not really surprised. I picked up my new car WOW. I have not had a new car in 9 years. TOTALLY AMAZING! More

He always returned my calls promptly and responded to my emails. When we arrived at the dealership Maria had everything setup so we could leave that day with our vehicle. We met with Eric Briones who went over all features of vehicle with our daughter as we were buying car for her. We received excellent service from all who helped us and would definitely recommend 401 Dixie Hyundai. As well our daughter is enjoying her new Hyundai! More

But I still searching for the Sonata 2015 which I think ,it will replace the Camry 2005. Finally ,after I met Trevor Shirley then Greg Klepacz, he made the acquisition of the car easy , His attitude is professionally, helpful .
