My original appointment for my service was back in March of 2023, part I needed replaced under warranty was on back order, which was understandable. I waited and waited for 400 chrysler to call me about my of 2023, part I needed replaced under warranty was on back order, which was understandable. I waited and waited for 400 chrysler to call me about my part being in. So July 29th I decided to call the service department to see if they had gotten the part in to be replaced. When talking with the service department, they told me the customer that I needed to call the parts department to see if the part they ordered was in. To me this was very odd, but for the 2nd time doing warranty work on our vehicles this seemed to be a normal thing for this dealership. Once j was told the part was in I was then transferred back to the service department to book the vehicle in. What was supposed to be less than an hour job they informed me of the job being completed once I called them after 7.5 hours after it was sent in to be worked on, and I called to see if it was done, but the service department lady I spoke with couldn't tell me if my vehicle was finished or not. She could only book me in. I was 10 mins away from the dealership when they finally sent me the notification stating my vehicle was done. Any time I have delay woth this dealership either for parts, or for warranty work on our vehicles the service has been complete xxxx. Not impressed with either of the chrysler service departments near me here. I will be driving further to have some quality service work done to my vehicles in the future. More

Worst dealership service department. They damage your vehicle then try and hide it and then they give you run around. Technicians have no care for vehicles. They had it for 7 weeks worst service I have ever had. More
