I had a service appt for Wed Jan 10th for 1:30pm because both my key fobs wouldn't unlock or start my 2020 Ram 1500. The service department didn't even look at the truck until the afternoon of Fri Jan 12th. both my key fobs wouldn't unlock or start my 2020 Ram 1500. The service department didn't even look at the truck until the afternoon of Fri Jan 12th. Then I was told they had to wait until Monday Jan 15th because they didn't have the fob sensor in stock. It was literally an hour job that should have been done the day of the appointment. But instead I had to wait w days shy of a week, and was still charged for a new battery for 1 fob. At the very least you could have washed, or detailed the truck for the inconvenience. More
