Dealer stated that oil pan needed to be replaced and ordered parts. I was told it would be covered under warranty. 5 months later the parts showed up, brought vehicle in and was told once again it wou ordered parts. I was told it would be covered under warranty. 5 months later the parts showed up, brought vehicle in and was told once again it would be covered under warranty. 400 Chrysler kept my truck four days before calling to say they wouldn’t make the repair under warranty, but that they still recommended replacing the oil pan…. Which is still under warranty. I would not recommend this dealership. More
