STAY AWAY...Dealership acknowledges their mistake yet won’t take ownership and fix their mistake. I purchased a Chrysler vehicle and wanted to get it inspected by supposedly the pros (far from it)took won’t take ownership and fix their mistake. I purchased a Chrysler vehicle and wanted to get it inspected by supposedly the pros (far from it)took it in for a safety inspection, the dealership completes a standard inspection, I get a call and the service advisor (Matthieu) tells me this is what the work order was created for, I tell the advisor the clerk I spoke to I made it clear that I wanted a safety inspection. He said he will look into it and call me back. Calls me back towards the end of the day and acknowledges it was a misunderstanding and will honor the price I was offered and get the safety inspection done. Service advisor tells me based on the initial inspection that was done rear brakes need to be replaced. So I asked the advisor if I can take the vehicle, replace the brakes and come back for the re-inspection, service advisor said yes that’s fine, this was on a Friday. I replace the brakes over the weekend. Make an appointment for the re-inspection on Tuesday, spoke to the clerk at the front explained my situation that I’m coming in for a re-inspection, she acknowledges and schedules me in for an appointment. Just to ensure I don’t encounter any issues I called again and spoke with the service advisor (Matthieu) that I'm coming in for the re-inspection and is there any additional fees, (mind you I made multiple clarifications before I took the vehicle back from the dealership to replace the brakes and I was assured there won’t be any fees). Matthieu once again confirms there isn’t any additional fees. I take the day off from work, drive 1hr and half to the dealership wait for nearly 30min and they send their tech to asks me “why don’t you get the safety inspection done by the shop that did your brakes” I said because I paid you guys for the inspection already. Shortly after the service advisor and his manager come out and say that they have to charge me an additional fee for the re-inspection. I explain to the manager that I had a discussion with your service advisor and I was told multiple times there won’t be any additional fees. Manager says I have to pay the additional fee and walks away. Service advisor acknowledges it’s his mistake and apologized but they were not willing to take ownership of their mistake, if I wanted the re-inspection I had to pay an additional $100 BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dealership doesn’t seem to care, you are responsible for their mistakes. After reading some of the other reviews, not an isolated incident. More

Best place to go when you really want a truck. Samantha was amazing with helping me and my trade in to upgrade to a truck. 2 weeks later she found me the perfect match for me(minus the ugly topper…lol).
