He took the time to explain to me what’s wrong and what he will do to fix things. My trust in him grew immediately and I had the dealer put him down as my go to mechanic all the time. He is very customer friendly and I know takes great pride with his work it shows with his passion when speaking to you. Nykyta Gatrell the service advisor, her professionalism and friendly care is rare to see. She is very welcoming and takes the time to make you feel at home. She had called me into the bay to allow Mr Ryder the mechanic show me exactly what was going on with my breaks. This is a great team and makes me the customer feel comfortable that my work is being done with great care. It’s easy to write a bad review and hard to find the time to write a good one, but I strongly feel that Nykyta & Ryder deserve praise and they are what makes a difference in keeping customers coming back.
